Architecture design inspiration


The project is situated in the most prime location in Thu Thiem new urban, situated adjacent to the Convention Centre, the Opera House
and fronting the Saigon River. Inspiration is drawn from the organic nature of and proximity to the River, the Towers staggered in its facade
it mimics a natural rock formation that is reflective, engaging the river and sky, drawing closer to the site its ever-changing movements.
The Podium at Street level engages the commercial street with opportunities for various retail offerings at all external facing shop houses
of the Podium. Internally the space is planned with a highly porous circulation through the site to enable a bustling and well connected
commercial complex.

Landscape design inspiration


The island within the island “ is the inspiration for the landscape design concept , the concept took the advantage of its prime location with
the panoramic river view. The main facility on 3/F is fully fronting the river with a spectacular infinity pool, engaging the river scenery,
creating the limitless water body between the pool and the river. The water body facility stretches approx. 66m in length and embodies the
50m lap pool, creating a variety of floating spa experiences, cabana decks and water facilities
The design at the ground floor landscape takes the water movement to generate the unique design language reminiscent of water
dynamics, reflection and rock geology creating a relation with the building architecture. Sculptural water features highlight the unique
arrival ambience.
