Some people say that Ebooks and modern technology will totally replace traditional newspaper

and magazines to what extent do you agree or disagree.

Technology is flourishing by leaps and bounds and providing us new avenues while keeping ourselves
updated with the latest news and current affairs. Therefore, a fair amount of people believe, a
conventional way of newspaper reading will be disappeared. I do not completely accord with it because
a conventional newspaper is an easiest and cheapest way to get news.
To embark on, there are multiple reasons why the traditional ways of getting news are still popular.
First of all, reading newspaper has become the ardent habit of many people. Everyone whether from
affluent or middle class are seen desperately waiting for paper in morning and enjoy it reading with a
cup of tea. Moreover, these are the portable, cheapest an easiest way of knowing about the global
activities. It can be carried from one place to other in the bag and available at economical price. It is so
handy and merely by continuing flip of pages can make you omniscient. Secondly, electricity and other
appliances are not required. Moreover, the other attachments are like icing on the cake. For instance,
the Hindustan times has multiple attachments like women’s fashion, career guide, culinary art and so
on.
However, undoubtedly, technology has given the radical approach to reading news, for example, videos
provide a full and clear view to reading besides that we can download, share and forward it to our
relatives and friends. Needless to say that technophobic will be having no place in this ever-advanced
modern world.
To conclude, the lives of people are drastically affected by advanced versions of technology yet, in my
opinion, it will not be able to pose threat to the existence of traditional newspaper and magazines.

2. Some people believe that teenagers should be required to do unpaid community work in
their free time. This can benefit teenagers and the community as well.
To what extent do you agree or disagree.
Children are the backbone of every country. So, there are people who tend to believe that youngsters
should be encouraged to initiate social work as it will result in flourished society and individualistic
growth of youngsters themselves. I, too believe that this motivation has more benefits than its
drawbacks.
To begin with,  social work by children can be easily associated with personality development because,
during this drive, they tend to communicate with the variety of people, leads to polished verbal skills.
For example, if they start convincing rural people to send their children to school they have to be such a
convincing attitude along with developed verbal skills to deal with diverse kind of people there. This
improved skill will help them lifelong in every arena. Apart from this, the true values of life like
tolerance, patience, team spirit, cooperation can be learned. Besides that, young mind serve the country
with full enthusiasm that gives the feeling of fulfillment and self-satisfaction. This worthiness for
themselves brims them with self-confidence and patriotic feeling. Moreover, going and experiencing
multiple culture and tradition make their horizon so broad that add one more feather in their cap.
However, It is truly said, no rose without thrones. Can the drawbacks of this initiation be ignored?
Children go to school, participate indifferent curriculum activities, endure the pressure of peers,
parents, and teachers and in the competitive world, they should not be expected to serve society without
their self-benefits. This kind of pressure might bring resentment in their mind.
In conclusion, I believe, the notion of a teenager doing unpaid work is indeed good but proper
monitoring and care should be given to avoid untoward consequences.

3. Do children behave better when they are physically punished or rewarded?

Children are the future of the nation and how they should be raised, is a debatable issue. Some people
believe that they should be exposed to the physical punishment while other say constant appreciation is
required for them. According to me, these arguments need proper scrutinization before forming an
opinion.
To begin with, there are many advantages of conferring rewards to children first of all, appreciation and
verbal praise can have a magical impact on the behavior of the children because when they are
appreciated for good conduct they come to know about the value of good behavior and try to keep
continue with that. The more they brim with positive comments, the more they are confident. On the
other hand, children who are subjected to artificial physical punishment are seen with lack of self-
confidence. A survey conducted on the behavior of children revealed that a child exposed to punitive
actions my parents are more aggressive and furious than others of his age. Hence beatings to a child
can never be fruitful.
On the contrary, there is no denying the fact that training to the notorious and ferocious mind is a hard
nut to crack because it is true that rod the only logic for the fools. Moreover, some children repeat
mistakes even after being warned and punished, this type of stubbornness force parents and guardians
to give them beatings. Needless to say, over-pampering may have an adverse effect on children. In this
present scenario, parents have one or two children and this pampering distract them away from their
path.
To conclude, children are the tender buds and nurturing them is really a major responsibility.
Therefore, a fair judgment on behavior is required for good upbringing.
Some people think that the government is wasting money on the arts and this money could be
better spent elsewhere.
To what extent do you agree or disagree.
Art is the externalization of the individual skills and reflects the heritage of a country. At present, art
seems to lose its value because of less concern by the government, however, I feel that art still requires
being given more value than other basic necessities of any nation.
To begin with, there are many reasons why art should be the priority of any country? First of all, It is
the best source of generating revenue income for the government. Museums, art galleries, and musical
concerts are the place, from where a handsome revenue is taken. Mesmerizing sculptures, beautifully
engraved paintings by renowned artists adorn the beauty of the museums and attract tourists.
Undoubtedly, these tourists are the greatest source of revenue income. These tourists throng in large
number on these historical places and monuments that help to promote local handicrafts, resulting in
providing income to the small-scale industries.  Secondly, art is the cultural and historical reflection of
every country. It is the real asset of every country that brings uniqueness and pride for every country
and if a fund is not allocating by the government then it will be difficult to keep this alive.

However, some opponents of the art say that spending money by a government on art hampers the
development of the country in regards to good infrastructure, road system, efficient transport system
and medical facilities. Moreover, allocating money to education and medical facilities definitely lessens
the literacy rate and increases well being of the nation that helps a country to grow.
To conclude, art is really an integral part of every country, therefore, the government should fund art
museums and promote artists’ values to keep and maintain the glorify the history of the country
otherwise artists and the art will be lost in oblivion.

When a country develops its technology, the traditional skills and ways of life die out. It is
pointless to try and keep them alive. Do you agree and disagree with this statement?
Technology is flourishing by leaps and bounds and undoubtedly this advancement is taking a toll on the
traditional values. I do believe that in this technological world traditional values are bound to
disappear.
To initiate with, there are many reasons why these conventional values have no existence in this
modern world. First of all, In this fast-paced world, everyone is assisted with the mobile phone to stay
connected with their family and friends. However, in olden times people used to send letters and stand
in the long queues on S.T.D and I.S.D just for a maturity of one call.  This advancement in the modes
of communication has proved that traditional skills are worth for nothing. Secondly, technology has
transformed the world of fashion. Earlier people used to do knitting, stitching, and designing manually
but now machines have made every task easier and comfortable. To substantiate my view, many of
fashion designing students were seen portraying pictures of model themselves for checking the
compatibility of colors but at present, this work is done in seconds on multifarious advanced software.
Apart from this, hardly anyone is seen purchasing pitcher for cool water because of the invention of
refrigerators.
To conclude, an evolution of modern technology is an ongoing process, so, the time consuming
traditional methods will not be able to maintain their pace with these latest trends. hence, it is useless
and wastage to time to preserve them.

8. Some people think that art is an essential subject for children at school while others think it is
a waste of time. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
There has always been a raging debate whether art is an important subject for children in schools or it
can be neglected in the views of other important subjects. I am going to scrutinize on both the aspects
in further paragraphs before forming an opinion in the last.
To begin with, on the one side of the coin, there are many reasons for supporting other important
subjects in children’s school curriculum; firstly, modern technology like computer literacy has become
the need of the hour.  It is one of the most demanded skills for a job in every sector.  If they spend most
of their time in learning art they will not be able to face cut-throat competitions of this scenario.
Moreover, the knowledge of essential subjects like math, science is highly required in every field.
Secondly, Art despite being highly appreciated, still do not ensure any career growth because most of
the fields like engineering, marketing, IT professionals and managers are a found graduated and post
graduated in these important subjects.
On the other flip side of the coin, art is a creative skill that has wonderful imagination power. It
provides the wings to the fantasy and expresses the feelings without exchange of words. To illustrate,
once I have come across with the painting in which the difference between the rich and poor’s plight
was depicted through painting only. Moreover, music is also a piece of art and works as a healing
therapy into the hectic world.  Secondly, artists bring laurels for the country across the world and
ensure that the cultural heritage of the country may not extinct.  For this, they are highly paid and
appreciated.  That kind of respects is not less than a flourished career.  To conclude, in my views the
selections of the subjects should be left on the students in which they are interested because that very
interest helps them to grow in their life.

9. Nowadays the way many people interact with each other has changed because of
technology. In what ways has technology affected the types of relationships people make? Has
this become a positive or negative development?
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or
experience. Write at least 250 words.
Technology is flourishing by leaps and bounds in each and every field and communication is not the
exception. However, this tremendous change in the ways of interaction cannot be regarded fruitful
straightforwardly because of its certain drawbacks which spark debate on its positive and negative
effects.
To embark on, with regards to positive development, one of the prominent benefits is that technology
has made communication easier and comfortable. At present, people are hardly one click away from
the nears and dears one because of the modern developments like Skype, video conferencing,
Whatsapp and social networking sites, like facebook. These advancements have made everyone social
up to much extent. Secondly, there are tremendous chances in the way of letters and telegrams were
sent and in making calls. People used to stand in long queues on S.T.D and I.S.D booth but now mobile
phone and advanced gizmos facilitate everyone to interact freely.
On the other hand, certain drawbacks cannot be ignored like today’ people not only spend a long time
in using computers but also do not prefer to meet their friends and relatives face to face leading to a
faded relationship. For instance, one of my childhood friends preferred to meet me personally on
different occasions like a festival and on birthdays but nowadays, she sends messages for wishing me
and send greetings on my mail. Even most of the family members are suffering from asphyxia, a
disease sparks from isolation. This is really a worrisome issue for the imitate relationships.
To sum up, despite having numerous drawbacks, no one can afford to turn face from this ever fast
modern technology that has to facilitate our lives.

10. Some experts believe that it is better for children to begin learning a foreign language at
primary school rather than secondary school. Do the advantages of this outweigh its
disadvantages?
It is true that language acquisition is a complex process. Therefore, it is advisable to teach a foreign
language at elementary school than secondary. According to me, the merits of this notion outnumbered
its demerits.
To embark on, there are numerous benefits of teaching a foreign language to children in early age. First
of all, children are having a receptive mind with good grasping power. This age is the learning stage of
life. Whatever is learned in child age, can remember longer in life. Besides that, children are less
egoistic and do not afraid of committing a mistake in learning. As failures are the pillars of success
while continuous practicing they may attain a reasonable level of language. Undoubtedly, a language
consists of different dialects, grammatical rules, intonations, denotation, functions syntax, and style. By
practicing these, a child can possess unmatchable linguistic skills. Secondly, everyone is in a mad race
to fly board in this modern scenario and possession of foreign language equip them to communicate
freely for easy survival. Moreover, polished communication skills have become a need for the hour of
the cutthroat competitional world.
However, it is also a fact that going to school, doing homework, taking part in extra-curriculum
activities is itself a time-consuming activity for students. If they are exposing to the regular language
teaching sessions that will make them pressurize and psychological illness. This type of burden will
hamper their physical, mental and psychological growth.
To conclude, even though, teaching foreign language may aggravate their existing burden yet preparing
the young mind for further survival has become mandatory by imparting linguistic skills.

11. Some scientists believe that in the future computers will be more intelligent than human
beings. While some see this as a positive development others worry about the negative
consequences.
Discuss both views and give your opinion.
Many today are worried about the potential drawbacks of artificial intelligence. In my opinion, these
concerns are legitimate but on the whole A.I. will allow for new heights to human endeavour.
The chief associated worries concern its misuse by humans initially and machines later. The former is
already coming to pass as automation has phased out many traditional jobs. As artificial intelligence
becomes more sophisticated, the positions in jeopardy will transition from low-skilled factory staff to
data analysts and other white-collar workers. The fear is that companies will be motivated solely by
their bottom line, lay off many employees and trigger mass social unrest. Some also believe A.I.
portends darker scenarios akin to the apocalyptic dystopias of films like The Matrix and Terminator.
This is a possibility though it is impossible to estimate its likelihood.
The speculations above should be taken seriously but they pale in comparison to the technologies A.I.
can complement. Companies ranging from Google to Amazon to Tesla are investing heavily in this
industry because of its enormous potential. For example, self-driving cars are fast becoming a reality
and will reduce the number of vehicular accidents massively. Policymakers in government will be able
to take advantage of sophisticated algorithms to project economic policy and positively enhance the
lives of billions. In the consumer sphere, smartphones will become increasingly helpful, freeing up
individuals to focus their time on work, family, and leisure. This is only a partial list and the most
intriguing and impactful applications have yet to be unearthed.
In conclusion, artificial intelligence poses risks to the labour market and the future of humanity, but the
opportunities for new projects should take priority. It is important to find a balance and methods of
mitigating the dangers.
Some people say that Ebooks and modern technology will totally replace traditional newspaper

 Nowadays genetically modified food is widespread all over the world. While proponents of GM
crops ensure that these foods are safe for human consumption and help to increase food supplies,
others argue that their effects on health have not been studied long enough. Discuss the pros and cons
of genetically modified foods, and give your own opinion.

Some people believe that genetically modified food is an agricultural innovation, while others think
that biologically engineered organism can be harmful for human beings. While it is also true that there
are numerous number of people struggling with famine and starvation, my view is that an intake of
GMO foods can possibly cause some negative effects on our bodies.

On one hand, many proponents of GM food contend that genetic engineering is beneficial for mankind
and can solve a lot of problems relating to food.

To begin with, genetic engineering can help us find sustainable ways to feed people as a solution
against food shartage. Some GM crops can grow in marginal environments and the longer shelf life of
some GM foods allow them to be shipped to remote areas and some countries suffering from
insufficient access to nutrient-rich foods.

Apart from that, seeds are genetically changed for multiple reasons, which include improving
resistance to insects and generating healthier crops. This can increase crops production and make
agricultural produce better resistant to extreme growing conditions which wil result to less
environmental impact since minimal amount of chemicals, machinery, and time are utilized.

On the other hand, there is another opinion that intake of genetically engineered foods can bring
catastrophic results for humans.

First off, there are controversial safety issues with genetically manipulated products since they have not
always tested exhaustively and there has not been enough time to research in order to ascertain all risks.
Food allergies and certain types of cancer have been a growing problem in unpredictable ways ever
since genetically altered foods were consumed which makes it safe to conclude that genetic
modifications are harful to the body.

Another point worth mentioning is that there will be unforeseen environmental side-effects. Ecological
damage can happen to the soil that supports transgenic crops over time and it will be unable to sustain
life such as plants, trees, animals, and even human beings. Although bioengineered foods were
developed to reduce the amount of pesticides and herbiocides used, bacteria and weed may develop
resistance to those chemicals which will result to the utilization of much stronger pesticides that causes
further damage to the environment.

In conclusion, I understand that biologically engineered foods can be a solution for the food shortage,
however, I still believe that there must be more studies to prove its safety.
Some people say that health care and education should be the responsibility of the government but
others think that it is the responsibility of the individuals themselves.
Discuss both views and give your opinion.
Model Answer 1:
As people have paid taxes to the government, it is believed that they should be provided with free
healthcare and qualified education. However, others disagree with the statement, as they think that each
individual should be responsible for his or her own health and education. The following essay will
discuss both views in details.

On the one hand, many people believe that it is the government's responsibility to provide standard
health care and decent education to their people. As people have paid income taxes, property taxes,
value added taxes and other kinds of fees to the government, these funds should also be beneficial for
the people as well. Some portions of the budget should be allocated to fund medical activities and
educational programs. Having a lot of educated and healthy residents brings many benefits for the
government, as there are a lot of skill and productive labours in the country who would develop the
country's economic sector.

On the other hand, some people believe that health and education is a personal matter as it is the
responsibility of each individual to maintain own their health and education. They disagree if education
and healthcare should be funded from the taxes. They think that it is unfair because some people might
be working hard and paid a large amount of taxes, but others might be indolent or jobless and get the
same benefits from the government. Therefore they believe that healthcare and education should be
standalone institutions, and each people should pay for getting a good education and maintaining their
own health.

In conclusion, to a certain point, I would agree that it is the government's task to provide education and
healthcare for their people, as some poor people might not be able to get a good education and decent
healthcare. However, although these services might be provided by the government for free, each
individual's must be responsible for their own education and healthcare, as these services are funded by
taxes that are paid by the public.

Model Answer 2:
In today's world, healthcare and education are two most important parts of people's life. Further,
without proper education and sufficient health care system, a country can’t develop. However, the
government has the responsible to create a healthy nation.  Personally, I believe that the government
should provide basic needs to create a  healthy life and an educated nation independently.
Everyone prefer to have a fascinating life, but we cannot do whatever we want.  Therefore, we have
sacrificed some, such as drugs, tobacco, alcohol, and junk foods etc.  for a healthy life. In the present
days, people are busy with their day to day work. As a result majority of them are not having balanced
diets and some of them take fast food or junk food. They do not concern health and also it will cause
many diseases in future.  For example, obesity, diabetes etc  Further, from the young age everyone
should concern about their health. Especially people not only should think about the physical health but
also consider the mental health.

That is why the government should provide better health care and education for all citizens. The
government is created by the taxes from valuable workforces of their country. Therefore, the
government has the responsibility to offer them free health care facilities, heath education programme:
such as healthy diet, clinics or hospitals for free medicine, etc. Further, the government can use social
media to distribute health and education programme. Because nowadays, the majority of people are
connected in social media. For example facebook, twitter etc. In addition, the government should
implement such a law in order to increase a balanced lifestyle. For instance, due to the overpopulation
of China, they have limited only one child for one family.

In conclusion, when I consider all given points it is clear that only the government cannot make a
healthy nation. Therefore, individuals should have concerns to prevent future health issues. However,
the government should enforce such a law in order to increase our standard of lifestyle and also provide
basic needs to the people who are expected from the government. In fact, in my opinion, the
government and individuals are both responsible for building a healthy nation.

ome people claim that the government should provide free health care. Others think that the
government will not provide the most innovative methods of treatment and it’s better to invest those
funds in education and culture. What is your opinion?
It is undeniable that health care is one of the crucial sectors for government to manage and many
advocates the view that it should be available to all at no cost; however, few think that authority may
fail to provide best medical services. I would argue that receiving proper medical care is the
fundamental right of every individual, hence it should be free.
The main reason why I support free medical service is, everyone in the society is not capable of taking
good care of themselves because of their economical background. As a result, several times people
ignore their illnesses, eventually this negligence may invite serious concerns. If authorities make this
service free then everyone in society will be aware of their health conditions and consequently can
contribute to build a strong and robust nation.
Secondly, ministry collects budgets from taxations, which are paid by citizens. Therefore, it is their
duty to provide basic necessities at no charge. Moreover, usually research institutes are owned and
controlled by ministry authorities hence they can ask to discover innovative and advanced medical
equipments and make them available to society at subsidized rates. This will result into a happy and
healthy country.
On the other hand, those who agree with the latter view often think that there are several hurdles such
as corruption, which might not be restricted public to gain access to cost less facilities. Evidently, they
opine that authority should take responsibility and aim at educational and cultural sectors by investing
that amount.
To conclude, although few urge government to put money in education and culture to develop them, I
absolutely agree that from above stated arguments government should provide health care at free of
cost.

Some people claim that the government should provide free health care. Others think that the
government will not provide the most innovative methods of treatment and it's better to invest those
funds in education and culture. What is your opinion?
Today, there is disagreement among people about the cost of health care. While many people consider
that the government must pay for the treatment, other believe that this money could be used for other
problem such as culture and education. As far as I concerned, my view is contrary to the second
concept, however, I however, I strongly agree with the first idea.
It is true that the state should strive to create a free health care system for its people. There are
manifestly benefits of governmental action. Firstly, I personally reckon that the government has to use
the part of people’s taxes to treat the people. Owing to their tax payments, people’s expectations are
that the state provides free health care for them. In addition, if they do, they will encourage people to
pay their taxes at the right time. For instance, in the UK, a ceremony is held every year by portion of
people’s taxes, which have taught them how they can create a healthy food to have a healthier life.
Beside of this responsibility, another reason that government should minimize or eliminate treatments
costs could be that affordable health care system is a basic human right and it also is one of the
fundamental human needs that should be provided by government. Furthermore, history indicates that
those countries which on there, these people’s requirements have been responded by their state, have
had many people who are healthier and stronger than other countries which had not provided free
health care for their citizens.
To conclude, the above-mentioned points clearly have shown that why the state should prevent its
citizens from receiving health care costs. Also, it will be having a huge influence on their society if
they provide a free health care system for their people.

Nowadays a growing number of boys and girls within normal weight ranges have an intense fear of
gaining weight and therefore get anorexia. Why do you think a lot of teenagers have a strong desire to
be skinny? What can be done to prevent this eating disorder?
In recent years, the desire to be slim and fit within teenagers have increased so much so that it has led
to health disorders such as Anorexia.
Firstly, I think social media plays a huge role in intensifying the fear of weight gain because it forces
people, especially the young generation to fit into beauty standards. Girls and boys look up to
celebrities and social media influencers and believe that “skinny” is the ideal body image. Many are
insecure about their bodies and want to get into shape to feel better about them. Moreover, people face
bullying, harsh judgments and body shaming of toxic people that severely impacts their mental well-
being and eventually starts affecting the physical strength by causing disorders such as obesity,
anorexia, diabetes, chronic pain etc.
It is therefore really necessary that people, particularly teenagers maintain their mental and physical
health. They should try to surround themselves in a positive environment and stay away from toxic
people. Therapy is a great opportunity through which girls and boys can speak openly about what is
bothering them. This way they will get adequate help through a professional who will talk and
encourage the people to focus on their respective mental health. Secondly, to prevent this disorder, a
balanced nutritional diet needs to be maintained coupled with exercise. This will lead to a healthier
lifestyle. Also, it is very important that the social environment is positive and encouraging
To conclude, to prevent and overcome eating disorders it is essential that mental and physical health is
not compromised and prominent efforts are made to achieve the results.

Obesity is a serious problem in many countries, especially in rich countries. Discuss ways
to solve the problem. Provide specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
People are trying to upgrade the living standard along their life. They forget to follow the basic
healthy habits and it leads to begin the gaining over weight. In my opinion, this is the basic
obvious health problem and need to be cared in daily routine.
Firstly, health is the most important issues for the human beings. Without having the healthy
living style, everybody will not take their business conveniently and successfully even though
they are working hard all time. In today business world, human carry out their daily business for
a long time. This becomes the majority of causing unhealthy for them such as obesity, diabetes
and heart diseases. Moreover, people in the developed countries are more emphasized on work
than others. They sit and work the whole day with the computer and take the much junk food
for time saving. Consequently, they begin to be fatter and may not resist for the external health
issues such as back pain, obesity. On the other hand, people need to work hard because of
increasing the population, and becoming the globalization.
To overcome and release this health problem, the best way is the taking the regular physical
exercise and having the diet foods. Taking exercise such as walking, running and physical
exercise is the fittest economy activity for healthy. Everybody should take it about 15 munities
for a day especially in the morning. They may get the fresh air that provides the well-operation
of blood cycle. Trying the physical exercise may provide to lose the weight gradually if it is
taken regularly. Another way for healthy life is to have the diet food. Even though they are not
able to take it, they may have the vegetables and fruits more than. The last way of preserving
the health is travelling and hiking in the holiday in order to relax and obtain the fresh.
To sum up, the health problem such as obesity is the important health problem. The individuals
always need to take care by themselves and follow the healthy habits in their daily routine.

Scientists believe that the world is in danger due to environmental changes. Some people
say that personal lifestyle changes should be made to reduce the damage to environment,
while others think that the government should do something to help. Discuss both views
and give your own opinion.
The impact of varying the ecological system is affected in today. The researchers support that
the ecosystem is fall into the damaging due to the fact of human being lifestyle. They argue that
the individual may initiate to protect the natural world. Some assume to take the assist of the
government. This essay will explain form these two aspects.
To begin with, the environmental cycle is altering obviously to the negative impact such as
overheating, natural disaster and climate changes over the world. All nations are effected the
consequence of these changes. The main reason of this adverse process is increasing the
unethical habits of the human kinds to the natural. As long as the becoming the industrial
developed environment, they use and produce a lot of chemical products. For example, applying
and trashing the plastic items may be harmful for the natural world and animals. The carbon
dioxide is strongly encouraged for air pollution that will destroy the atmosphere and
consequently related to the health problem of the humans. To preserve the danger of the
environmental damaging, each person can manage their own living style such as reducing the
usage of chemical products, gas production activities and plastic materials, conducting the
recycling system for wasting and innovating and generating the new ideas for new energy.
On the other hand, the government is the critical pillar of the nations to control and maintain the
excellent situation of the natural world. Every citizen has to follow the legislation and
instruction of their government. It should protect the economy by enacting the environmental
laws for not destroying the forest, mining too much, using the toxic products. Moreover, they
can collect the higher taxes to the business for the production of natural resources in order to
preserve the world. From another aspect, the residents should be educated about the
environment cycle and the effect of damaging. This educational program is surely needed to
provide form the local media, and entertainment channel.
To conclude, today ecosystem issues are related to maintain by both the government and
individuals. They should apply the environmental treatment by combining. I do believe that
changing the individual routine is critical for preserving the nearest environment and the
involvement of the government is strongly contribute to the whole ecological system. (379/ 6)

Some people claim that the government should provide free health care. Others think that
the government will not provide the most innovative methods of treatment and it’s better
to invest those funds in education and culture. What is your opinion?
It is certain that healthy nations can develop the other sectors of the country than others. Most
nations mainly invest in the health sector as building the strong human resource. Some others
argue that having the educated persons and maintain the country traditions are more important
for country survival. According to me, it is undoubtedly that health is the most crucial issues for
every country.
To begin with, creating the healthy society is the best way of developing the other sectors such
as economy, infrastructure, education and culture. Although a nation is rich, it may not improve
more and more without having the healthy labor source. The authority should provide the health
care services for free. The reason is that the income levels of households are not equal. Some
families cannot cover their fundamental expense with their earning and they may not care their
health. Therefore, providing the free health care service is essential for every nation. According
to recent world health condition, every resident requires the free government health care service
for COVID-19 epidemic even though they are rich. Secondly, the medical treatments are
progressed over time from the results of research and developments. These methods may be
expensive to take. The government can play a role for supporting the some portion of these
medical treatment costs. Since the public expenses are the reallocation of the public revenue for
overall country’s improvement.
On the other hand, it is sure that a nation cannot upgrade completely by being strong in health
sector. It needs to balance in education, culture, economy, environment and etc. To be
continuously existence of a nation, the citizens are required to be educated and awareness their
own culture. Education and Culture directly relates to development of economy with the aspects
of operating the business. It plays as the vital role to success and survival of the country in
today world. The public authority should allocate some expenditure portion on these sectors.
To sum up, the authorities need to balance their expense overall development of the nations.
They may set up the priority sectors and projects for allocation. I do believe that the health,
education and culture are the basic sectors for overall development. (367/ 5.5)
In modern world, it is possible to shop, work and communicate with the people via the
Internet and live without any face-to-face contact with others. It is a positive or negative
development?
The advancement and usage of technology through the Internet obviously effects today
lifestyle of individuals. It becomes the vital in the daily routine of us. Although the influence of
this improvement facilities the well-being of humanity, there may exist some majority
drawbacks. These impacts are discussed in this essay.
Firstly, the communication of society is more convenient to each other than before by
widely applying the usefulness of advanced technologies. Individuals do their business through
the Internet in order to be more quickly. For example, they send the business letter by using the
email instead of using the posting and join the meeting through the virtual remote meeting.
These activities can accomplish the business transactions without having time consuming and
may reduce the transportation. Moreover, today human beings are used to manage their
personal and family matters through the Internet such as shopping and approaching to cook the
dishes. One of the facts is that they are really common for online shopping what they went.
They may feel that is modernized, saved time and no need for personal afford. Due to the above
reasons, the facilities of Internet strongly and essentially cover the daily routine of personal
lifestyles.
On the other hand, the technological development may affect some major drawbacks. In
carrying the business, connecting through the Internet may lack the mutual respect, and human
bonds. Sometimes, the discussion points may not be effective because of weakness of eye
contact and it may result to be less productivity and misunderstanding of each other. The
another point is that the online shopping may uncertain the quality of the product item since the
consumer cannot check the buying items virtually in terms of detailed product specifications,
ingredients, and colors. This may cause the unsatisfactory for their purchasing and they may
suffer that the money is wasted.
To sum up with, the progress of Internet and technology surely facilitate our live
effectively. But, the individuals should undertake some activities such as business and shopping
for specified items by themselves not to be wasted and missed. (342/ 6.0)
In the past, most people used to travel to their place of work. With increased use of
computers, the internet and smartphones, more and more people are starting to work
from home. What are the advantages and disadvantages of this development?
The emergence of electronic devices and advancement of technology are certainly
affected to the human beings. The individuals can do their matters remotely by applying of
these techniques. From my point of view, these techniques may provide the human kinds in
both positive and negative ways.
To begin with, people are used to work their business without going to the office area and
undertake them through the Internet. They join the business meeting as the online meeting and
reply and inform the business letters by using the email. These may save the time and quickly
connect to the colleagues without making the phone call or in person call. In addition, the
individuals can manage and taker care more to their family since they are at home for the whole
day. For example, they may care their children while the meeting is breaking out for a few
minutes. They can also join the online learning class in the day time. Relating to the
environment, the remote working may reduce the transportation problem since peoples are not
need to travel. As the result, this may release the gas emission issue relating to the environment.
On the other hand, the major drawback of work from home is existed regarding the
business. The business operation may misunderstand and reduce the productivity due to the lack
of personal connection. It may reduce the human bonds. The fact is that eye contact is very
important physical appearance in conducting the conversation and this effect may not get in the
remote meeting and discussion. As another aspect, the other work related facilities such as
reference documents and data that only at the office may not be facilitated when they are
required. The individuals may not accomplish completely and perfectly their task and decide the
business decisions confidently at once.
To be concluded, the negative impacts of remotely working are the critical for the
business accomplishment. Although this working style may get the some benefit for personal
life, it may be better to carry the business issues at the office area in order to avoid unnecessary
mistakes and uncertainties. (351)
Discuss about the impact of foreign aids (financial assistance by government and NGOs)
and foreign direct investment to the country. How do you think about this?
The developing countries build their nations strongly by depending on the supporting of
developed countries and international organizations. These authories and organizations are
interested in both providing the required helps and investing in the business. The effect of this
topic will be explained hereinafter.
Firstly, obtaining the abroad assistance is very helpful for the developing nations. Most nations
and global organizations such International Monetary Fund, World Bank, and NGOs provides
the countries in major developing sectors. They mainly assist in economy, health, education,
social welfare, rural development and other sectors that are critical for the well-being of human
beings in terms of cash, kinds and technology. They helps as the projects by engaging the MOU
between two countries and both sides need to follow the instructions of MOU. As a result, the
positive impacts becomes to both. The developing countries may settle the difficulties of their
citizen’s issues and upgrade the living standard of the nation. For the other side, the provided
organizations may counter and review the new subjects of countries that they help. They may
join the new research and developments, and projects. Relating to the current world wide health
epidemic, the majority of nations and organizations help each other in both cash and kinds with
the purpose of fighting the global health problem. This show the strength of unity.
In addition, most countries and organizations are interested to invest in another countries. They
prefer to manufacture the products in another countries that can get the labor source. This
investment may expand their business globally. On the other hand, the country that is invested
may get the job opportunities for both skilled and unskilled labor.
In conclusion, The FDI and foreign aid are very helpful for all nations. (290)
