Dear honorable 4th AINC Participants.

On behalf of the 4th Aceh International Nursing Conference 4 th AINC organizing committee, we are
getting closer to the day and we hope you are in a good health and as excited as we are. We are
preparing some of the practical information for the presenter to present their presentation on the
October 8 - 9, 2021.

We kindly inform and remind you of some important dates as follow:

- That the last date for payment is October 5, 2021 (please ignore if you have finalized your
payment and send the receipt to our email)
- Full paper submission is October 6, 2021 (by replacing the file on your easy chair account)

With this email, we also attached the “guideline for the 4 th AINC’s presenters and the sample video link:

Please note that we need the recorded presentation or the PowerPoint presentation send to us no later
than October 6, 2021.

The certificate of presenter and participant will be given to the presenter (first author) as we mentioned
before, if the first author is unable to present, please inform us as soon as possible the replacement
presenter.
