1. What is power?
power, authority, jurisdiction, control, command, sway, dominion
mean the right to govern or rule or determine. power implies
possession of ability to wield force, authority, or influence. the power
to mold public opinion authority implies power for a specific purpose
within specified limits.

2. What is the difference between power as

decision-making, power as agenda-setting, and
power as preference-shaping?
Decision-Making power deals with the idea that those that can make
decisions have power, and those who cannot do not have and power
as agenda-setting levels up the discussion of power and
consequently, that of political analysis or the study of politics while
power as preference-shaping therefore identifies the powerful as
those who are capable of subverting actual or ‘real’ interests of those
over whom power is exercised.
