decision-making, power as agenda-setting, and
power as preference-shaping?
Decision-Making power deals with the idea that those that can make
decisions have power, and those who cannot do not have and power
as agenda-setting levels up the discussion of power and
consequently, that of political analysis or the study of politics while
power as preference-shaping therefore identifies the powerful as
those who are capable of subverting actual or ‘real’ interests of those
over whom power is exercised.
