This letter is used for sending a request to some organizations to ask for donation only.

Sir/ Madam,

Praised be Jesus and Mary!

Cebomailo Primary School Annex is an institution that promotes quality education and
instils moral values to its pupils.

And as we want to make sure that our pupils get the best education and stay in an
environment that is conducive to learning, we are now preparing for the BRIGADA
ESKWELA, a proposed program by the Department of Education that will surely help us
accomplish our mission.

The said program will start from August 16 and end to September 13, 2021.

In line with this, we are humbly knocking at your kind heart to send us help through
sending us monetary or kind donations which will be used to repair and improve our
classrooms and other school facilities. Or any kind cutting tools for school ground
cleaning, etc.

We hope that you take this opportunity to support this program, as your donation will
do so much for our school and most of all for our pupils.

This will surely benefit not just the school community but also the community that our
school envisions to shape. Your help will surely make a difference and will be
appreciated.
