Subject: Humble request for donations for School Building Construction

Dear Sir,

Praised be Jesus and Mary!

I am Irelyn I. Jasmin, the Brigada Eskwela School Coordinator of Cebomailo Primary

School Annex at Sitio Lacuacon Balite Magpet North Cotabato. The purpose of this letter

is to request financial assistance towards our school building project. Last S.Y 2019-

2020 our school was damage by an earthquake that’s why we are located at Temporary

Learning Site. Attach herewith are the photos of our TLS. If you have some time you can

visit our school so you can see the situation. I am sending this letter because I know you

have a heart for the poor and for the needy.

Our goals are to improve the learning environment for our pupils. Your donation will go a

long way in ensuring that we achieve our goal of completing the building in time. We

promise to embrace transparency in all transactions and details of how the donations

were used will be made available at every stage. Be part of us as we endeavor to create

a favorable learning environment for our students. Hoping for your positive response.
