A3. Plastic dish container (Petri dish if available) lined with absorbent paper as a medium.

Materials are prepared first before

starting the procedure.

Plastic dishes were lined with 4

layers of tissue paper.

were opened to do the final counting of the
seeds that germinated. Then, calculated the
percent of germination.
