• Android Smartphones - version 8.0 or later and minimum 3 GB RAM
• iPhone - iOS version 13.7 or later
• Functional Front & Rear Camera
• Wi-Fi/Mobile Data – Good Network Coverage
• Minimum Internet Speed
o 2-3 Mbps for Online Round
o 8-10 Mbps for Main Round

• Participants in areas with low internet bandwidth/ rural areas are required
to travel to areas/ cities with better internet bandwidth

Round 1 - Online Assessment
1. Online assessment will be conducted through an exclusive assessment Web Link.

2. All eligible participants will receive the Web Link for the Online Assessment.

3. Participants are required to appear for the assessment using unique Login
credentials.

4. Web Link and Login Credentials will be provided by the FSDM to the Dealers’
GM/ TDM, 2 days prior to the assessment date.

5. Assessment consists of MCQ based questions

6. Maximum Time Limit to attempt the assessment is 30 minutes

7. Please note this assessment will not be available on currently available digital
platforms (i-Learn & i-Train).

Round 1 Instructions

Keep the mobile on Do Not Disturb mode or avoid all incoming calls during the assessment.

Position the mobile phone/laptop/Tab in such way (1 Feet away) to capture your face and the surroundings.

Do not move out from the camera view during the assessment. Participants will be continuously monitored via the device
camera.

It is mandatory for the participants to approve camera permission when prompted by the web browser before the start
of assessment. In case the camera permission is denied by the participant, assessment will not start.

During the assessment, do not change the window/application on your device or else the assessment will be terminated.

In case of any lapse or deviation from the above mentioned points, the participant will be disqualified

2. A dedicated time slot of 20 minutes will be assigned for each

participant

3. The details regarding the WebEx and time slot will be shared by
the FSDM to the Dealers’ GM/TDM.

the respective region/location/area)
