SUBJECT : RE-ORIENTATION ON QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (QMS)

HANDS ONLINE

In view National QMS reports that most of the provinces in CAR including the province of Ifugao
have mostly unmet reports, a re-Orientation on Quality Management System (QMS) Hands-
on will be conducted by the Cluster and Provincial Office on October 25, 2021 (Monday) at 2:00
in the afternoon via Cisco Webex platform.

Monitoring on the submission of monthly, quarterly and annual QMS documents is necessary in
compliance with the upcoming nationwide accreditation of the Department by end of December
2021.

Relative thereto, all MLGOOs are advised to prepare QMS and PSL documents for the month of
September to be uploaded in the system.
