TFC Selection
A TFC Operator must possess these 5 qualities:

1. Character that reflects TFC values


2. Passion for combat tactics, and related TFC’s activities
3. Open minded and willing to learn
4. Passed TFC Basic Assessment & Qualification (BAQ)
5. Good relationship with other TFC operators

Selection process:
• TFC membership is by invitation only.
• All candidates must pass Basic Assessment & Qualification (BAQ)
• Candidates who passed BAQ must then go through Cherry
Qualification Training (CQT)

• CQT qualification and board reviews by TFC officers must be completed
before candidate earns the right to wear TFC badge and promoted to
the rank of Trooper (E-2).

TFC Ranks

TFC operators are eligible for rank promotion if all of the following criteria are
met:

• Attend at least 80% of all team trainings and events


• Met rank’s qualification
• Commended by the operator’s squad leader
• Approved by TFC Captain

TFC Officers

TFC Lieutenants
TFC Lieutenant ranks are reserved for TFC member who is in charge of
organizational operations and is the leader of a TFC squad. A TFC Lieutenant
is expected to lead from the front, by example, and maintain the highest
qualification in his squad. TFC Lieutenant must have the highest commitment
and integrity to his squad and his commanding officer.

Lieutenant perks & responsibilities

• Lead a squad (2 fireteams)


• Make sure squad is qualifed to the most advanced skill-sets possible
• Make sure squad is highly motivated and work together as a solid unit
• Make sure all squad-members are eligible for rank promotion
• Take care of squad needs and voice squad concerns
• Assist Captain on platoon’s operation
• Maintain the highest qualification in the squad
• Maintain the highest attendance-rate in the squad
• Have veto rights
• Can order personnel under his command to do physical training for
reasonable number of repetitions

TFC Captain
TFC Captain is the highest-ranking officer in the organization. Its primary
role is to realize TFC’s vision and mission.

Personal Gear Requirements


• BDU/Combat shirt (RG)
• Front and Back Plate Carrier with dummy SAPI inserts (OD/RG/FG)
• Hiking shoes/boots
• Ops Core Replica Fast Ballistic helmet (OD/RG/FG)
• Alpinestar balaclava (Grey)
• Primary unit: 6mm airsoft AEG/GBBR, max 450fps with 0.2gr bb
• Adjustable front and rear sight on primary, or adjustable scope/red-dot
optic

• Secondary unit: 6mm airsoft GBB, max 450 fps with 0.2gr bb
• Front and rear sight, or scope/red-dot optic
• Non-reservoir magazines (no mag with bb reservoir, except SAW)
• Anzi Z87+ Eye protection
• Sling + kydex (form fitted) holster


TFC Code of Conduct
1. Integrity – do what you say, say what you do.
2. Respect the rank – it’s earned.
3. Come on time – respect other operators’ time and energy.
4. Do not wear professional (real) unit’s patch/insignia – they are earned.
5. 5 Firearm safety rules – safety first.
6. Comply with unit’s gear policy and requirements.
7. Pay monthly petty cash – will be used solely for TFC activities.
8. Always bring airsoft guns in gun-bag/case when transporting.
9. Do not show guns in public space – uncase only in closed-private property.
10. No law-breaking activity.

TFC House Rules


1. Max fps: 450
2. Mag rules:
a. Real-capacity (+20% tolerance): unlimited mag, burst allowed
b. Non-reservoir: unlimited mag, single only
c. Reservoir: 1 mag, single only
d. Squad Automatic Weapon (SAW): 1 mag, burst allowed
3. A SAW can be simulated by meeting all of the criteria below:
a. 14” outer barrel minimum (including suppressor)
b. weighs at least 4kg
c. drum/box mag
d. bipod
e. no optic or laser device.
4. ‘Hypothetical kill’ (freeze/etc.) doesn’t count

5. No body-contact violence in game unless in technique demonstration

Failure Price: 20 push up per session

2. Late WITH report
Price: 10 push up, +5 every 30 minute

3. Late WITHOUT report
Price: 20 push up, +5 every 30 minute

4. Absent WITH report
Price: 20 push up per session

5. Absent WITHOUT report (AWOL)
Price: 60 push up per session

PETTY CASH
Payment of IDR 50,000/month/member is expected on the first week of the month.

GUN RELATED VIOLATION
1. Muzzle flagging
Price: 10 push up per offence

2. Shooting friendly/innocent.
Price: 30 push up per offence

3. Miss enemy target.

No carry over penalty to the next session. Prices must be paid in the current session.

Failure to adhere to TFC Rules & Regulation is ground for punishment, penalty,
or dismissal.
