2. You just got back dissatisfied from a package tour to Thailand. Write a letter of complaint (around
150 words) to the travel agency you bought the tour from to voice your dissatisfaction regarding the
flight, hotel room and staff, tour guide, food and tour itinerary; as well as seek apology and
compensation from the agency. (5 marks)
