At first glance and first read, you would

conclude that this is a sad poem of a
person grieving for a lost loved on.
When you look deeply into it, "Huling
luha" or the last tear, is a poem about a
person reminiscing on the goodbye
message of the lost loved one, and
especially, it is a poem of him/her
moving forward to life as the person
give his/her last tears to move on from
the lost loved one.
