Previous Work Completion certificate (DISCOM certificate if
12 available)/previous company's work order/referral cheque

13 Reference from any other DISCOM/Govt. organization (If any)

14 Feeder wise work completion Schedule, according to that LD will

count.
15 Manpower available with the Contractor:-
