1. Are teachers who have no license considered professional? Yes or No, and
Why? Answer: No, because license are the one of the elements of profession and also
it is belong to the code of ethics in Teaching competence, licensing are mandatory to
the government authority in Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

2. What does technical and professional competence mean? (You may refer in
the Lesson on the Teacher as Professional) Answer: Technical and Professional
competence means, the one who possesses their skill and expertise to act that way and
the one who imply the code of ethics by which a professional person abide.

3. Are private school teachers required of a licensed? What about pre-school


teachers, vocational teachers, ALS teachers, school heads, Education
Supervisors, and School Division Superintendent? A private school teachers are
not required to have a licensed in terms of teaching. But Licensed are required for any
kind of profession because without license you were not become a professional one.
