About Project

Required Labor Management Application, in order to

manage the project activities in easy way by using a
Web Application for admin and Mobile Application for
project manager and labors. The application will help
the team to manager the cycle of the daily time sheet,
project units, activities, manpower selection and
manpower allocation

Providing a solution allows user to track all workers activity, add units and workers to the projects.
also, it's suitable to add or transfer workers to the unit of any project

Problem Solution
So many of paper docs comes is and flow through different departments every month. Providing A Solution allows user to track all workers activity, add units and eparrtments to
Unfortunately there is no proper labor management system to keep track of worker's hours. the projects.
Also, many of professionals & Top Managmentt find it very hard to track & approve paper also, it's suitable to add or transfer workers to the unit of any project
docs.

Research
As I believe that design without a research is not a design, so I organized a meeting with the stakeholders to
discover the details of the requirements and their business needs, I conduct a market & competitors research
to empathize before finding the best solution

Wireframes
After analyzing all the findings, I did some sketches for my ideas, and then turned may paper sketched into
screen wireframes and created low fidelity prototype to test the functionality and enhance it.
