1. Volunteered and championed in building more than 5 tools in-house as ideation process which, has improved Team’s
performance and productivity
2. The deployment tool has resulted in improvement in deployment time bringing down 2hrs of manual effort to 10 mins of
automated execution (~83% improvement).
3. Automatic Acceptance Test Generator Tool has reduced 90% manual coding efforts.
4. The new tool designed by Ashwin (Ness-Local) to deploy Local Development Environments, has eliminated dependency on
Client’s Devops Team when, the client provided tool was broken (is yet to be fixed by Devops team from client) and
productivity was affected for more than a week.
5. Code On server tool has eliminated IT team’s dependency of onboarding process. Has reduced time required from 1 week to
20 mins. Non-Billability time is reduced by 4 days. Clients have appreciated this a lot and started using this for entire
automation team developers.
6. Time logging tool has provided flexibility to log time after each tasks completed without switching between applications. This
has helped to capture ~ 80% to 90% of efforts accurately providing better analytics for clients. Earlier the accuracy of effort
capture was only 50%.
