I have 7+ years of IT experience wherein I have been associated with Technical Call Centers for past 4+
Years team member, Senior member, Supervisor (CSR/TSR). I have worked on voice based Technical &
customer support wherein I used to deal with the Queries related to their Technical problems connection,
network, mail based problems and also handled banking / retail / mortgage sectors customer service & sales
in my till date call center Experience. I have worked on Hardware, NT, Oracle, Developer 2000, VC++,
HTML, and Active Server Pages. I have also worked with two other companies' namely Archean Info tech
Ltd., Crystal Information Technologies. I am hard working, with good communication and interpersonal
skills.
