Description:
The Client is a health care company with a large network of branches in United States.
Electronic Provider Information Forms (EPIFs) are generated in Coventry Provider Database (CPD)
whenever a change is made to the provider information in CPD. Based on the changes mentioned in
the EPIF users have to manually update IDX (claims processing system).
The process requires the users to ensure data in IDX exactly matches with the data listed in
CPD. All the updates made in IDX are manually typed in by the users. The manual data entry process
is resulting in lower productivity and in some occasions missed TAT due to high inventory. The
intent of this project is to synchronize the data in IDX with the data available in the EPIF and
automate the entire workflow as automated. Its result in increased productivity and accuracy.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Supporting Existing live projects and taking care of Ad-hoc changes in it.
 Also playing a role as Business Analyst to get the new business and escalating the issues or
clarifications in a proper channel.
 Designed the work flow in a structured way and make sure it will be user friendly for
anyone.
 Creating BRD Documents for new projects and Design documents for existing projects.

Description:
This project was developing for bank based on four kinds of data such as Accounts, Loans, Credit
Cards, and Insurance. Each data represent a collection of data pertaining to a single business
process. In loan data it involved in loan amounts for various purposes like Personal Loan,
Educational Loan, Vehicle Loan, Housing Loan, Consumer Durable Loans, etc.

The Organization requires different level of analysis regarding loan amount, type of loans,
type of customers, type of payment schedules, interest rates. The interest calculations, etc.
Automate using Blue Prism.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Initial Client Requirement gathering.
 Prepared Low level design document from high level document.
 Checking with the feasibility to automate the task.
