monitoring. There is an average of 60,000 new hires annually within Retail Financial Services. This equates to
approximately 2000 active and open hiring requisitions being processed at any given time. Citigroup is expecting
the 60,000 requisitions to grow 80%.

from GES transactional system and Provide faster. GSI (GES to SAP Interface) Delphi requires information sharing
between the Global Engineering System (GES) and Vega (SAP R/3). Engineering makes the determination that an
item, Material Master, Bill of Material, Packaging BOM or Pack Model must be passed to SAP in order to
communicate its characteristics to downstream organizations. This typically occurs at the point of engineering
“Release” of the item. A filter is applied to determine if the engineering released item should be passed to SAP
Systems.
