I have a solid 12+ years of Business Analyst and QA tester background. Strong hands-on experience in
various domains such as the State and City governments, Healthcare, and financials; from requirement
analysis to product release; on Agile or Waterfall methodologies. Strong testing skills followed by
performing requirement coverage and gap analysis of business and functional specifications to create test
plans, scenarios, and scripts. Experienced in performing various types of testing such as - black box,

● As a Business Analyst of the FDNY Pension Support team, I am working with FDNY BTDS Pension
Unit who are considered to be the client of an existing application for NYC Firefighter's eUPS
(Electronic Uniformed Pension System).
● Ensure that the product is functioning well as it is designed for and it satisfies the user requirements
during UAT.
● Working with Firefighter’s HR, salary, contribution, retirement, pensions, and loan data as well
reports.
● I am responsible for writing technical software requirements and specifications by creating detailed
RFP (Request For Proposal) for As-Is and To-Be of the systems.
● I am developing Wireframe, Change Management protocols, change request processes and workflow
for the application in development.
● I have created the framework for the all requirement, scripts, and defect managements in Jira.
● I am in charge of working closely with system end-users such as Pension Business Administrators,
Agency Actuaries and Firefighters, Legal departments, and application architect to document and
define functional requirements for developers for going into development.
● As for Quality Assurance, I am responsible for creating the test scenarios and scripts for all the new
requirements and change requests that are implemented by the development team.

created by me as an optional deliverable for releases.
