Business Analyst
● As a Business Analyst of the FDNY Pension Support team, I am working with FDNY BTDS Pension
Unit who are considered to be the client of an existing application for NYC Firefighter's eUPS
(Electronic Uniformed Pension System).
● Ensure that the product is functioning well as it is designed for and it satisfies the user requirements
during UAT.
● Working with Firefighter’s HR, salary, contribution, retirement, pensions, and loan data as well
reports.
● I am responsible for writing technical software requirements and specifications by creating detailed
RFP (Request For Proposal) for As-Is and To-Be of the systems.
