Description: RBC provides a wide variety of insurances ranging from Auto/Home to commercial; it is one of the leading
Property & Casualty insurance companies, which offers various insurance products for personal and commercial lines of
business to the customers through an independent network of insurance agents. The project involved the development of
an end-to-end insurance solution spanning customer relationships, underwriting, policy management, premium allocation,
claims and financial accounting.

Responsibilities:
● Defined the scope, requirements and deliverables of projects received from clients
● Analyzed business needs to develop business and functional requirements of multiple projects simultaneously.

Description: The trading application (Murex) was used by investment brokers to perform capital market transactions. It
was monitored and processed by other middle office applications including a trade verification system, risk management
software and clearance and trade settlement system.

● Prepared the objective and requirement summary of the project.
● Identified and Prepared BRD and FRD using UML and flowchart diagrams and wrote up complex use cases.
