Description:
This project is basically a web based customer portal for providing the services
to the Insurance customers. Hanover insurance portal provide a Web based submission, quote,
Invoice for the Client. This will support insurance transaction processing on the spot document
issuance for the business and products mainly in the retail segment. Through this the partners
will be able to efficiently and effectively service the requirements of their customers from quote
to policy issuance and the policy Life Cycle management.

Roles and Responsibility:

 Worked with Business Partners, Business Analysts and the management team in
analyzing and understanding the requirements.
 Involved in designing the Technical Design Documents for the Workflow development
process and Technical specifications
 Develop new, and rewrite current workflow configurations in order to maximize

Description:

RBBS Project deals with the request initiation process of various Retail Banking
Products like Loan, Cards, Account Opening, and Funds Transfers etc. Once the request gets
initiated, it will be monitored throughout the way with various statuses and corresponding
actions being performed till the request gets resolved.
Responsibilities:

 Developed all the business rules for the PEGA implementation.

 Implemented various PRPC components like Decision tables, Decision Maps, Declarative
expressions, Constraints, and Indexes etc.
 Designed and developed the User interface for the application by creating the harness and
section rules
 Created Data classes and DB tables for integrating with external systems.
