• Project Details:

Project #1 (TCS)

Working for the banking client (ING) on the Pega Smart Investigate framework where they are dealing
with the investigation of the payments with the SWIFT transactions. The client has leveraged the smart
investigate framework and customized the framework case types with their flavor.

Roles & Responsibility:

o Involved in development of business requirements.


o Analyze and understand business requirements and data.
o Worked on the user-stories for the respective sprints.
o Worked on the debugging tools Clipboard, Tracer, and Rules Inspector.
o Communicating with teams and guiding other technical team members
Project #2 (Pega Systems)

CWT deals with application which was built on the pega customer service framework where the CSR’s
are interacting the application with the various channels like (email, call , chat). It’s a travelling partner
with pega systems. I got an opportunity to work with the client and gained the customer service
framework experience with the Pega Platform (PRPC) knowledge.

Roles & Responsibility:

o Participate in the daily stand up meetings to update the status of the project.
o Analyze and understand the business Requirements and Implemented the Business logic by using PEGA
PRPC on extending the Pega customer service functionality.
o Designed and developed the User interface for the application by creating the Sections and Harness.
o Involved in Creation of Requirement Properties, Data Tables and Data Pages
o Developed in When Rule, Decision Table, Decision Tree, Declare Constraints, Declare Expressions,
Declare On Change.
o Involved in Creation of validations (Obj-validation, Edit-Validation) rules to implement business logic.

Project #3 (Infosys)

Worked on the Pega PRPC application automates the process of Health Insurance Coverage provision to
BSC (Blue shield of California) clients. This application is accessible over the intranet of BSC and will be
accessed by the Analysts, Rates, Service Specialists, Reviewers and other Operations teams across BSC.
Functionally this application collects all the personal, health related details and process it to check the
eligibility criteria to provide a health insurance policy. Upon the successful eligibility the system will
provide the Rated Premium and Rated policy. The client uses the Pega platform (7.4) to implement this
solution.

Roles & Responsibility:

o Involved in the development of the User Interface.


o Developed Rules for Validation.
o Created data transforms, decision tables, trees.
o Involved in modifying flows.
o Created Activities, steps and used standard methods like property set, page new, calling other activities
for implementing core business logic.

Project #4 (Infosys)

INNOVAPOST OWTM deals with development of web-services to be used by delivery Agents in


Innovapost to communicate with data base. Web-services are developed using Restful API in spring
framework. Deals with collecting of information regarding the requests through restful web services in
Json format.

Roles & Responsibility:

o Requirement gathering and elicitation.


o Analyze and understand business requirements and data.
o Break down the tasks and estimate the efforts required for the development.
o Unit testing the application.
o Using SOAP UI tool to test the developed web services.
o Assist users during UAT. Resolving any issues identified.

Project #5 (Infosys)

Sysco Dashboard Tool: Through this dashboard tool, a user can identify whether all the servers
configured in project is running or not with the corresponding indicators (Red and green). If any of
the server is down, a mail gets triggered to the user with the failure notification of the particular
server.

Roles & Responsibility:


o Gathered the requirements from client.
o Designed the whole application with spring-mvc pattern.
o Update the status to client with meetings on daily basis.
o Got an appreciation from client when the application was delivered on time.
