SY 2020-2021 Graduation Message

This special day symbolizes the triumph of education, that despite the
pandemic along with the varied educational challenges, struggles, and
hurdles, you, our dear learners, our beloved graduates, were able to
successfully overcome all the thorns and spikes, that have come your way in
your respective educational journeys.

This triumph of education echoes the theme of the 2021 End of School Year
Rites, “Strengthening the Quality of Education Amid the COVID-19
Pandemic”. The Department of Education has provided all forms of learning
modalities and all possible learning platforms to continue to deliver quality
basic education. Together with your teachers, school heads, parents, our
school division, regional office, and the central office of the department, we
are one in our endeavors and efforts to continue to strengthen the quality of
education and use all possible means to deliver this education to your devices,
to your doorsteps, and your hearts and minds. We recognized and gave
importance to the diversity of learners, whether you are in Regular Classes,
Alternative Learning Systems (ALS), Madrasah, Special Education (SPED), or
Indigenous Peoples Education (IPED).

Congratulations dear graduates for this triumphant day. The day of the
harvest of the fruits of all your hardships and endeavors, which is
committedly shared by your supportive parents and teachers, and everyone
in the department. We will continue to believe that you can hurdle the
challenges and obstacles that you will meet along the way. We will continue
to believe that you can make a difference and contribute to the progress of
our nation. We will continue to believe that you are a significant member of
your community and that the fulfillment of your dreams and your success in
life will also contribute to the success of our country. Believe that God
Almighty will guide you in your journey, just always pray and ask for His
guidance. We will continue to believe that you will never give up until you
reach the road to a successful future. Let us all share the triumph of
education against all odds and COVID-19.

Again, congratulations and Godspeed!
