TCS Ninja Hiring for Year of Passing (YoP) 2022

TnP Office would like to inform all the eligible E4 students of AY22 to register for this drive, well before
the last date (15 Aug 2021).

The application process for TCS NQT Hiring for YoP 2022 comprises of below mandatory steps:

1. Register on TCS Next Step Portal using the given link: https://nextstep.tcs.com
2. If you already have a CT/DT Reference ID: Click on Login and proceed to fill/submit the application form.
Upon submission, you would be prompted to the “Apply For Drive” screen.
3. If you do not have CT/DT Reference ID: Click on “Register Now”, choose “IT” and proceed as appropriate
4. Select your mode of the test (In-Centre or Remote) and click on Apply
5. In the Track Your Application menu, the status should be updated as ‘Applied for Drive’

Eligibility criteria for Ninja TNQT Hiring for YOP 2022:

1. Percentage: Minimum aggregate (All subjects in all semesters) marks of 60% or 6 CGPA in each of Class X,
Class XII, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation and Post-Graduation examination
2. Backlogs / Arrears / ATKT: The student should not be having more than one active backlog/arrear/ ATKT
at the time of appearing for the TCS Selection process in the highest qualification. If selected, NO pending
Backlog or Arrear will be permitted at the time of joining TCS
3. Gap / Break-in Education: It is mandatory to declare gaps in education if any. Break-in education should
not be due to extended education (examinations cleared after the time stipulated by the Board /
University). Any break in education should not exceed 24 months and is permissible only for valid reasons.
Relevant document proof, as applicable, will be checked for gaps in education
4. Course Types: Only Full-Time courses will be considered (Part-Time / Correspondence courses will not be
considered). Students who have completed their Secondary and/or Senior Secondary course from NIOS
(National Institute of Open Schooling) are also eligible to apply if the other courses are full-time. All
pending backlogs should be completed within the stipulated time duration
5. Work Experience: Students with prior work experience of up to 2 years are eligible to apply for the TCS
NQT (Ninja) Test Process.
6. Age: A student should be of 18 to 28 years of age to participate in the TCS NQT Ninja process
7. Courses & Discipline: UG/PG Engineering Courses from B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc from any
specialization offered by the university / college
