Participant’s Experience:

The resource speaker was great in how he delivers and explain every topic, the
explanations were precise, detailed and explicit. The speaker was really informative that
it didn’t seems like a virtual way of discussion. The experience on this e-learning
program was exquisite in giving informations about the bureau.

I took the examination through the given BOC portal therefore I didn’t get much
interaction with my co participants, aside from brainstorming on what we have
understood on the given module. This mode of e-learning in times like this pandemic
served as our instrument in interacting with the speaker and examiner was the most
convenient for all of the participants and also for the examiner.

Conclusion:

The orientation opened a lot of information, details, and guidance about the Bureau
that I was’nt aware before. It enlightened me to what morals I should possess as a new
BOC employee. The orientation is a new gained experience and a good head start for our
career in the bureau.

All knowledge is stored within the program and it can be explored or searched by all
participants at any time. This could possibly give an immediate answer for frequently
asked questions and informations pertaining to each division of the bureau.

Recommendations:

Sometimes some of the videos doesn’t have sounds or audio that should be fixed, but
having the handout as another source compensate for the non functional audio.
Sometimes there are questions in the exam that wasn’t mentioned on the handouts.
Nevertheless, the overall orientation program’s content was properly arranged and well-
designed to be understandable for the participants. Each video presentation was clear and
understandable and discussed well on the topic handouts. Good job for this online portal
as the mode of orienting us during this time of pandemic.
