A. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY/HIGHLIGHTS OF YOUR ON-THE-JOB TRAINING (Please briefly state the significant skills and learnings that you’ve learned.)

I learned a lot of things in this seminar. I have learned that a Project Manager should be great also at communicating with its co-workers. They should have the abilities to understand the
clients' needs. I learned why leadership and management skills are important. Russell and Yao (1997) said that an engineer is hired for their technical skills, fired for poor people skills, and
promoted for leadership and management skills. In business, individuals who exhibit leadership qualities can ascend to executive management or C-level positions such as CEO, CIO, or
president. People should also master the meeting skills because project meetings provide an important basis for the generation of ideas, implementation and taking important decisions. You
need to make sure that the meetings you manage are effective. I learned that the art and science of planning, organizing, allocating resources, directing, and controlling activities have a
technological component. Potential clients will award you the project because they are convinced that you have the best experience, the best approach, the best skills and talent, the best
program, the best proposal, the best relationship with the client and the best staff members for the clients needs.

A right project is the one which the contractor can complete on time, produce good quality work that satisfies the clients specifications and requirements, complete with no safety incidents,
make a profit, receive payment on time, and utilize their available resources. The contract manager must be aware of its contractual obligations regarding safety on the project site. The
contract manager must have a thorough understanding of the current safety requirements. All contractors must comply with all applicable client's and local safety requirements to the extent
that the safety provisions and standards affect the work of the project. I learned that leadership means providing direction and guidance to individuals and groups. To be seen as a leader in
representing the project to senior management and other interested parties. I learned that the plan should be regularly updated based on changes happening within the context or the project.
Good project managers provide a process for the early identification of risk and opportunities in order to allow them to be trapped and managed throughout the project. Remember that
projects are based on estimates that contain uncertainties.
