SIMPLE PRESENT TENSE

the simple present tense is a form of the verb that refers to an action or event

that is on going or that regularly takes place in present time.

The Rules:

 For repeated or regular actions in the present time period. I take the train

to the office.

 For facts. The President of The USA lives in The White House.

 For habits. I get up early every day.

 For things that are always / generally true. It rains a lot in winter.
