ORIENTATION AND SUBMISSION OF PHILIPPINE NATIONAL PUBLIC KEY

INFRASTRUCTURE (PNPKI) APPLICATION FORMS

1. Relative to OUA Memo. No. 00-0721-0129, this Office through the ICT Unit
in collaboration with Personnel Unit shall conduct an orientation on Philippine
National Public Key Infrastructure on 16 August 2021, 10:00 a.m. through Zoom
platform.

2. This activity aims to:

a. discuss the documentary requirements; and

b. discuss processing of PNPKI application.

3. Link for the Zoom meeting will be provided thru our Facebook Pages a day
before the event.

4. Listed below are the participants to this orientation:

a. all Division Office personnel; and

b. all ICT Coordinators.

5. Attendees are required to have with them the softcopy of their accomplished
PNPKI application form (e-signature & passport-size picture). Application form is
available for download thru this link: https://bit.ly/DepEd_PNPKIApplicationForm.

6. Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is required to edit and save the application form.

7. All ICT Coordinators are hereby enjoined to conduct school-based rollout or

simultaneous PNPKI application form accomplishment activity for all school
personnel on or before 18 August 2021.

8. Submit your accomplished PNPKI application form thru

https://tinyurl.com/SDORizalPNPKI on or before 20 August 2021.

9. Per Regional Memorandum No. 13, s. 2014 and DepEd Order No. 53, s.
2003, attendance/participation in special DepEd projects and activities which are
short term in duration if such are held during the summer vacation or during
weekends is eligible for the grant of service credits.

10. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with Memorandum is required.
