RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF MS. AZUCENA B. ZAULDA ET. AL,

REPRESENTED BY MR. ALEX ZAULDA FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SIMPLE
SUBDIVISION PROJECT, SITUATED IN BARANGAY KATANGAWAN, GENERAL SANTOS
CITY, HAVING AN AGGREGATE AREA OF 36,221 SQUARE METERS

WHEREAS, submitted to this Sangguniang Panlungsod is the application of Ms.

Azucena B. Zaulda et. al, represented by Ms. Alex Zaulda for the approval of a simple
subdivision project, situated in Barangay Katangawan, General Santos City, in
accordance with Section 4 of PD 957 and its implementing standards, rules and
regulations, as amended by Executive Order No. 848 dated February 07, 1981, and
other pertinent laws and ordinances;

WHEREAS, the proposed simple subdivision project covers a parcel of land duly
registered with the Office of the Register of Deeds technically described as Lot No. 291-
B, PSD-11-013277 under TCT No. 147-2020002728 with an aggregate area of 36,221
square meters situated in Barangay Katangawan, this City, to be subdivided into 9 lots;

WHEREAS, the subdivision project is located in a classified Residential Zone per

Zoning Ordinance No. 16, Series of 2019 and has conformed for the minimum
standards set forth under Presidential Decree 957, and such other pertinent laws, rules
and regulations;

WHEREAS, this Body approves this application pursuant to Section 458,

paragraph (a)(2)(x) of RA 7160, which provides that the Sangguniang Panlungsod
shall:

“Subject to national law, process and approve subdivision plans for

residential, commercial, or industrial purposes and other development
purposes, and to collect processing fees and other charges, the proceeds
of which shall accrue entirely to the city xxx”;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor________, duly seconded by City

Councilors ___________________________ , be it-

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to approve the application of Ms. Azucena B.

Zaulda et. al, represented by Mr. Alex Zaulda for the development of a Simple Subdivision
Project, situated in Barangay Katangawan, General Santos City, having an aggregate area
of 36,221 square meters.
