INTER PARTY RECRUITMENT AGREEMENT

Inter Party Agreement Number: IP/AR/XX/XX

This agreement is on Datexxxxxx between

1. M/s Asliya Manpower Supplier duly registered under the laws of Doha, Qatar. CR No.
113795, Man Power License No 618 with business address at P.O.Box 1414, Building 245,
Street 230, Zone 41, C-Ring, Doha, Qatar and represented by Mr.Shyn Mon Jesudas Paul, in
his capacity as Business Development Manager and Division Head herein after referred to as
the First Party. Email: shyn@asliyarecruitment.com

2. Madame Chahida Jouini duly registered under the laws of Tunisia. License no: 1431487/S
with business address at 18 january 1952 Street Building n°55 P.O.BOX 1000 ,Tunis and
represented by Issa dkhili, in his / her capacity as the commercial manager here in after
referred to as the Second Party. Email: yasminetravel2015@gmail.com

Now therefore the two parties agreed as following terms and conditions.

1. The second party shall provide all categories that the First Party demands, according to the criteria
and specification that the First Party will set.
2. The second party is responsible for providing the First Party with all probative documents for each
worker including: (the CV + academic qualification + certificate of experience + medical report
ensures that the worker is fit + written commitment that the worker did not have any legal issues
in Qatar or GCC). Up On demand these documents shall be attested by the Embassy of Qatar
which is located in the worker’s country.
3. The Second Party shall provide the First Party with written approval signed by the worker’s full
name as in passport. In addition to the documents mentioned in article (2), that he/she approves
job description, the salary, the group accommodation provided with means of sustenance, the
worker has no right to choose the nationalities that will stay with him/her in the accommodation.
4. The Second Party must enable the First Party to have an interview with the candidates through
any audio – visual program such as, Skype to conform the candidates about the job description
and its conditions.
5. If the employer wants to have an interview with the candidates, the Second Party shall bear, at
maximum for two representatives, the following expenses:
 Internal transportation from airport pick up to airport drop off (domestic flight not included)
 Interview Venue.
6. The Second Party abides by providing the selected candidates to Doha within (30) days from the
date of sending the visa and their consent. In case of any delay, the Second Party will pay USD 25
per day as penalty.
7. The Second Party will be the warrantor, and completely responsible for the selected workers for
120 Days. During this period, if any of the selected worker is medically unfit, refuse to work
without any justification or immigration authorities refuse to allow him/her to enter Qatar, or the
worker is not qualified for the job which he/she is hired for, the Second Party will bear ticket of
repatriation, joining ticket charges (If any), and visa fees. In addition to any expenses that the First
Party paid because of this worker. The Second Party will replace new candidate free of cost.
8. The Second Party knows that the guarantee includes:
 The performance of work according to the average rates.
 For the worker. Not allowed to intervene or participate in any political or religious matters.
 To respect the habits and tradition of State of Qatar.
 To abide by the public rules and good behavior and not to abuse to the company he / she
works in
9. The Second Party shall admit that he / she has revised all the probative documents, presented by
the workers as mentioned in article (2). The Second Party also shall admit that he / she is
completely responsible for the genuineness of these documents or certificates and its contents. If
the First Party finds that any of these documents is not genuine, the Second Party shall bear all
expenses mentioned in article (7)
10. The First Party shall provide, through the employers in Doha, the visa for the selected workers.
11. The First Party shall make all the arrangements to receive the selected candidates upon their
arrival to Qatar and deliver them to the employer.
12. After issuing the visa, if any worker refuses to travel to Doha, the Second Party shall provide the
replacement, in addition to bear the expenses of issuing a new visa for the new worker and to
book a refundable ticket with Qatar Airways (Official airline of Qatar)for the candidate who
refused to come to Qatar, from Doha to his / her country.
13. The Second Party shall pay First party the agency fee as per following conditions:-
a. Minimum fees will be QAR 1000 (Qatar Riyal One Thousand) or USD 275.
b. Or half month salary (basic+ any allowance/ cash in hand) whichever is higher.
c. In some cases client will pay agency fee and it will be shared by First and Second party
equally. In such cases Second party cannot charge the candidates any fees.
14. The Second Party must pay the mentioned expenses to the First Party as following: 50% after
issuing the offer letter (along with signed offer letter & medical report) and 50% upon visa
issuance, before travelling date of candidate.
15. The countries where QVC (Qatar Visa Center) is applicable, if any candidate fails in QVC (either
medical or Biometric scan or any other reasons) QAR 500 will be deducted from the advance
payment.
16. The Second Party shall abide by all articles of this agreement. If the Second Party violates any
items, the First Party shall send a written notice by E-mail or post or fax. Additionally, the article
(6) and (7) shall be applied on the Second Party.
17. Both parties admit that the correspondences which they send through the mentioned e-mails
are probative documents.
18. This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Qatar, and in case of any
disputes arising between the two parties regarding carrying out or interpreting the articles of this
agreement, these disputes will be settled before the Qatari Court.
19. The Second Party shall admit that the photo copies of the documents provided to the First Party
are original like and may not be objected, denied or rejected.
20. The First Party will provide its full support to the recruited candidates in Qatar and will ensure
that the candidates are settled on their job properly.  The First Party will extend its support to
candidates at all time, maximum of 120 days from the date of arrival, if any problem arises due to
employer.  In the event if the candidates get terminated due to any other reasons, the First Party
will extend its full support to get compensation from the employer as per Qatar labor law and
repatriation. If the employer fails to fulfill the employment agreement, the First Party will fully
assist the employee for the compensation as prescribed by Embassy and Qatar labor law.
21. The parties do hereby acknowledge that prescribed addresses are the correct domicile of each
party for correspondences and notices.
22. The agreement is duplicated in two English copies, each party holds one.
23. This contract is valid for two years from the date mentioned above.
