Subject: Offer of Employment

Dear Thirakannam Nagarajaachari,

With reference to the various discussions we had for an employment with us we are pleased to extend an offer of employment
with following mentioned details.

 You would join us on or before “26th Oct 2021 “or else this offer of employment with us would be null and void.
 Your job location would be at “Bangalore”
 You would be designated as “IT Recruiter”
 Your gross compensation per annum is “Rs.3, 60,000/-”

We value your abilities and believe you will find your work to be challenging and fulfilling. The details of your Salary are mentioned
in Annexure A and the Terms and Conditions applicable are as follows:

 You have to be associated with CGB Solutions Pvt Ltd (referred to as company hereafter) at least for one year from the
date of your joining. In case of pre-separation (before one year) from your end, CGB will recover a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-
(Rs. One Lakh Only) as the Training & Administration Cost.
 Please note that first salary for those who join after the 25th will be processed in following month’s payroll cycle.
 Release from the services of the company will be subject to satisfactory handover of the responsibilities assigned to
you. In the event of willful neglect or breach of any of the terms hereof or refusal on your part to carry out the lawful
instructions of any member of the company or being guilty of misconduct, the company may terminate your employment
forthwith without notice.
 During the period of this employment you should not draw, accept, or endorse any cheque of the company or, in any
way, pledge the company’s credit except so far as you authorized by the company to do so, either generally or in any
particular case.
 Your offer and appointment is subjected to you being medically fit and the receipt of satisfactory references and
clearance of your background verification.
 You will also be governed by all other instructions/rules/policies of the company, which are not specifically mentioned in
this letter. For clarification, if any, regarding these instructions/rules/policies please get in touch with HR Department.

 On or before joining us, please also submit the following documents

o Copy of passport (wherever the entries are made) and visa/s issued in your name
o Copies of certificate & marks card starting from Std. X to Final Degree.
o Copies of offer, appointment, relieving letters & latest three months’ salary slips.
o Copy of pan card
o Two passport size photographs
 A letter of appointment shall be issued to you on your date of joining, subjecting the submission of letter from your
previous company which will detail and confirm your salary package.

 Income Tax, Professional Tax and other applicable taxes shall be deducted from the salary on a monthly basis as per
Government Policy.

 Salary will be disbursed on receipt of your Pan Card Copy.

Statutory benefits:

You will be governed as per the respective acts of ESIC if applicable in the salary slab, PF etc as per the rules in force
from time to time on successful completion of your probationary period of 3 months and on confirmation.
