STRICTLY PRIVATE & CONFIDENTIAL: OFFER LETTER

It is our pleasure to offer you employment with Brick Eagle Affordable Housing Finance Limited (the
“Company”) as “Branch Sales Manager” & your grade will be as “ Manager” at Vijayawada, as per the
standard terms and conditions of employment with the Company (the “Offer”).

Your gross annual compensation (i.e., Cost to Company) will be INR 5,30,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Thirty
Thousand Only). This amount is inclusive of the fixed remuneration, paid as monthly salary. The complete
terms and conditions of your employment shall be given to you as part of your Appointment Letter and other
Company policy documents once you join us.

Upon your joining, your performance criteria shall be discussed and communicated to you by your
reporting/location supervisor. Based on the requirements of the Company’s business, the criteria may change
from time to time, and the same will be communicated to you regularly. Please note that, in events of failure
to meet the performance levels and/or personal effectiveness and/or misconduct / lack of professional ethics
etc., your services may be liable to discontinuation, without any notice/salary in lieu thereof at any time.

This Offer has been made based solely on the information furnished by you, which you certify to be true and
accurate. However, in case of any discrepancy in the copies of documents or certificates submitted by you as
proof of above, the Company retains the right to review or declare void ab initio our offer of employment.

This Offer shall be valid, subject to you joining us on or before December 28, 2022(the “Joining Date”). This
date has been confirmed by you to the Company, and in the event that you are unable to join by the Joining
Date, the Company may revoke this Offer.

Please send us an email formally confirming your acceptance of this Offer within 48 hours of receipt of this
Offer Letter, failing which the Offer will be deemed to be automatically withdrawn.

You are requested to submit the following documents on the Joining Date:

• Passport size photographs (2 copies)

• Copy of latest Education Certificate and mark sheet (highest education)

• Copy of Employment / Service Certificate from the previous employer.

• Copy of previous 3 months’ Salary Slips or Bank Statement

• Address Proof (Voting Card/Driver’s License/ Passport/ Ration Card/Rent Agreement)

• Copy of PAN card

• Copy of AADHAR card

• Fitness Certificate from MBBS Doctor


After accepting this Offer, you shall be obliged to join the Company on or before the Joining Date, after
completing the appropriate exit process at your present employer. You also hereby accept and understand
that your not joining the Company, after formally accepting this Offer, shall cause the Company material harm
and damages, The Company reserves the right to consider any extension to the Joining Date at its sole
discretion.

Prior to the Joining Date, you are also expected to successfully complete a 3-hour training and familiarization
session on the LEAF brand, technology, processes and culture. Our Human Resources team shall coordinate
this with you to suit your convenience.

• The information mentioned above is strictly confidential and must not be disclosed.
• Appropriate deduction for Income Tax, Profession Tax, Employee contribution towards statutes
such as PF, ESIC, LWF (as applicable) would be made as and when necessary.
• Tax exemptions/deductions shall be based on the tax laws as enforced by the respectivestatutes
from time to time.
• You shall be responsible to provide the necessary supporting details in order to reach at correct TDS
computation. Based only on the information (received in writing), the Company will deduct appropriate
amount as TDS from your monthly salary and remit to the concerned authorities.
• The necessary supporting documents are required to be submitted on or before 31 December of
every year. The further TDS computation shall be revised on the actual supporting received.
• Tax exemptions for HRA and Business Attire Reimbursement can be claimed only against
submission of original bills/receipts/tax invoices
