Dear Mr. Abhishek Singh,

Sub: Appointment as “Engineer - Project” on Project roll.

We are pleased to appoint you as “Engineer - Project” on project roll with effect from
30/01/2023 and is offered upon the following conditions:

1. The tenure of your Project roll employment will be for a period of Twelve months only;
organisation may extend your services with fresh project roll appointment based on
your performance and business requirement. You may be required to travel anywhere
within, or outside India as required by Keller.

2. REMUNERATION

The Employee’s Monthly Gross salary will be in line with the details defined in the
enclosed Annexure – 1. You are expected to keep all the information about your
remuneration strictly confidential.

3. Keller will pay PF contribution of Rs.1,800/- to the Government. You will be required to
make PF contribution of same as per Government regulations. This amount will be
deducted from your salary and paid to Govt. together with Keller’s contribution.
4. You will be entitled to 22 days of leave for Twelve months, which must be taken at
times convenient to the Company and subject to the approval of Management. As
well, you shall observe the dedicated Public Holidays nominated by Keller. Application
of leave must be submitted to the Management at least 3 days in advance.
5. You will be covered under the Group Medical Insurance for self, Group Personal
Accident Insurance and Group Term Life Insurance.
6. You are responsible for all matters related to income tax and other regulations
required by the government of India.

7. During the employment period, the Company reserves the right to terminate by
giving 60 days’ notice at any time without assigning any reason in lieu thereof
except salary accrued till date of termination. Employee also need to give 60 days’
notice if he wishes to leave the organization.

8. You are required to abide by the company's rules and regulations and code of
Business Conduct and Employee Code of Conduct as applicable to you in force on
the date of your appointment and amended or altered from time to time during your
employment.

9. Your appointment is liable to be terminated, if you fail to maintain strict discipline at


your place of work, a high order of secrecy as regards to the work of the Project /
Company, or if you are found to be indulging in any activities detrimental to the
interest of the Company. Further, any unauthorized absence beyond 7 days will be
considered as abandonment of employment and you will lose your lien on
employment.

10. Your appointment is based on the information furnished in your application. If at


any time during the period of your employment, it comes to light that any of the
information is incorrect or any relevant information has been withheld, then your
services are liable to be terminated forthwith, without any compensation.

*PLP Pay-out is subject to individual and organization performance. PLP is paid out to employees who are on rolls of the company
at the time of disbursement. This is paid on an annual basis and is subject to applicable income tax.
* Hardship allowance: You will be extended the benefits of hardship allowance of Rs. 5000/- every month as per the guidelines of
the company if you’re posted in Assam, Arunachal Pradesh or any difficult terrain. Company reserves the right to withdraw the
same as soon as your deployed at other sites / office locations.

Note - Your compensation is subject to the rules of the company and government norms which may be amended from time to
time. EPF, ESI, Professional Tax & Income Tax will be deducted as per applicable norms.
Notional benefits extended are at the discretion of the management.
