CANDIDATE'S AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made and executed on 17th of Feb ruary 2022, by and between:

hereinafter referred as Contractor or FIRST PARTY:

Subject of the Agreement

1. The Agency has to find the appropriate job at GCC (Abu-Dhabi, UAE)
countries according to the qualification of the candidate.
2. The Agency alranges Skype or face to face interviews between potential
employers and the Candidate.
3. The Agency provides the Candidate with all updated and necessary
information related to current employers and manpower's demand on GCC
market.

Obligations of the parties


1. The Agency has to provide the candidate with iob offer letter from the
emolover.
2. The candidate should sign the job offer letter within 4g hours after receivins
the job offer letter.
The candidate must pay the recruitment fee after signing the job offer letter
within24 hours. The amount of the fee is 500 USD

After receiving the payment from the Candidate the Agency sends the
documents (scan of foreign passpoft, photo 3*4, signed offer) of the
Candidate to the employer to start visa's process.
4. Employer may ask to pass the medical check in the home country of the
Candidate (X-ray, Hepatitis A, B, C and AIDS blood test). The candidate
has to translate the results in English and send all together to the Agency.
The candidate passes the medicals by his,4rer own costs.
5. The visa process is started only after the Employer receives the results of the
medicals. If the Employer does not require passing medicals in home
country, then visa process is starled afler receiving the document of the
Candidate from the Agency. Visa can be issued within 1-2 months.
6. The agency has to provide the Candidate with work permit visa and air
ticket.
t. If the candidate obtains the rejection in work permit visa then the Agency is
obliged to find another employer with the same working conditions during2
months after receiving such rejection. If the Agency cannot find a new
employer then the Agency has to refund all the recruitment fee the
Candidate paid to the Agency.
8. If the candidate rejects to take a contract and fly at work abroad - the
candidate's fee will be used as a compensation of the visa and,ior ticket's
costs of the employer. This agreement is terminated from the date of given
rej ection to fly.
9. The Parlies shall be released from liability for partial. or complete non-
performance of their obligations under this Agreement, if this non-
performance is the result of force majeure circumstances arising after the

General Provisions

1' All disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved with good will
by both parties.

2. This Agreement can be added or amended only by written annexes that


will constitute a part of the Agreement.

3. All the disputes can be judges by the law of Ukraine. This Agreement is
drawn and signed in two identical copies - one for each party.
