Referring to your CV and the interview we conducted with you, we are pleased to offer you the position of
the job proposed above under the following terms and conditions:

Salary Details
1- Basic salary : AED/ Month

A) Contract Terms & Period: - Renewable Two (2) years limited contract starts from the actual date of
joining as per the UAE federal labor law and the updating of the resolutions and circulars will be issued
by the Ministry of Human Recourses and Emiratizations.

B) Daily Working Hours: - As per the company head office & projects site’s work schedule & requirements.

C) Probation Period:- You will be under probation period for Three (3) Months starting from the date of
joining. During this period the company will have the right to end your service in case your performance
is poor.
D) Notice Period: In case of resignation or termination you must serve one (1) month as a notice period
from the day receiving the termination letter or submit your resignation.

E) Annual Leave:- Thirty (30) days paid annual leave after completion of Twelve (12) months of service; will
be as per the work schedule upon the availability of the replacement employee of your position for your
handover of the work & duties; and final approval from your direct manager.
F) Transfer:- The company reserves the right to transfer the employee to any of their projects inside the
UAE of assignment as and when required.

G) Non-completion of Contract:- in case you decide to resign before the completion of the probation
period; you have to serve your notice period and return all the company and visa expenses to the
company as per the limited contract clause # 9 of the UAE labor law (applied for resignation case only).

H) Trade Secrets and Confidential Information: - You may not use, publish, or otherwise disclose, except as
your duties with the company may require, either during or at any time subsequent to your employment,
any confidential information or data of the company, its owners, customers or suppliers. Confidential
information also includes any different processing work involved in the company.

I) Penalty: - The employee shall be fully financially responsible for any mistake or damage, intentionally or
unintentionally, resulting from damage or loss to the company such as not limited safety measures or
company clients, staff, assets…etc. The value of the damage or the loss shall be deducted from the
employee's salary as per UAE federal Law.

J) Job description:- Annexure # 1 is Attached and signed by the employee

Notes:
1- All of the above terms and conditions are subject to change or modification at any time according
to the company policy and or UAE federal labor law without any notifications.
2- Upon signing the contract, it shall be deemed compulsory in all its terms and shall be executed
from the date of signing and shall be considered void in the event of non-commencement of
work on the date specified below.
