5. HEALTH INSURANCE & EOSB : As per UAE Laws & Company Policy, Provided
6. WEEKLY OFF : One Day Off per week which could be adjustable as per operational requirements if required
7. PROBATION PERIOD : 6 months
8. CONTRACT PERIOD : Two years’ renewable
9. CONTRACT TYPE : Limited
10. NOTICE PERIOD : 14 days – during probation if leaving the country. (termination/resignation)
: 30 days – during/after probation period in case staying inside UAE
11. WORKING HOURS : As per Site/Office working hours
12. VACATION : 30 Calendar days per year
13. NON-COMPETITION CLAUSE : Article No. 10 of UAE Federal Labor Law No (33) of 2021 will apply
14. OTHERS CONDITIONS : UAE Federal Labor Law No (33) of 2021 will apply if not mentioned in this letter
This offer is subject to your visa approvals from UAE authorities and reporting to duty on agreed date and or project awarded to us.
Company reserves the right to withdraw this offer without any justification and company will not be liable for any loss or damage/claim
