Community And Health Services Navigation System: Self Care Assignment
1. Reflection
Self-care, as well as wellness, is a part of maintaining good health and for that reason,
doing activities that can enhance the energy level, and restore health while reducing the stress
level. On the other hand, wellness can be described as processes of becoming aware of
balanced life. Based on the opinion of Mlinac & Feng (2016), that is why it is essential to
indulge in activities in daily life which are comprised of action regarding taking care of one’s
self along with the body. For me, self-care signifies taking care of myself while concentrating
on healthy eating and grooming as well as physical activities that can give me strength and

3. Discussion
While analyzing my wellness assessment I want to say that the physical dimension
these two factors help me to establish a healthy work-life balance which is extremely
occupational world to identify activities that can lead to the mental and physical health risk
that further increases stress level which further hampers the overall emotional as well as the
spiritual part of the mind and body, thus unable to establish a proper connection among mind,
body and soul (Altimus et al. 2017). Therefore, a person who suffers from stress and an
unhealthy lifestyle can not take care of the community, thus disintegrating the overall
connection among the dimensions. Therefore, I believe that giving high priority to physical
and occupational dimensions are essential to gain success in life and fulfil the requirements of

Reflection on vision
Comparing the two tables, it can be said that I need to invest in physical wellness
more as well as social wellness so that I can achieve better results in terms of managing the
self-care as growth in wellness is essential which further can emphasise on values and bring
consciousness in the lifestyles while creating balance in each dimension (Cheng, 2018).

6. Initial reflection
While analyzing the survey with previous results it can be said that I knew that I am a
spiritual person. However, what similar is that I know that I was good in my occupational
life, I did not know that I had good emotional support since I never thought of as being too
emotional. Although, I knew that I have perseverance and honesty when it comes to my
professional and physical health. What I learned is that I have immense love and kindness
As a student, I get to know that I have to enhance my social boundaries and need to
