1. Tell me about yourself?

I’m a 48 year old, single, and I have worked for a lot of companies in administrative
positions. I’m outgoing, I like to have good relationships with my friends, I am a
leader and I like to work hard to accomplish my goals. I wear the company Tshirt
since I think it is important to feel part of something so work goes better.
2. What qualities do you look for in a boss?
They have to let me do my work, to be easy going and they have to be straight
forward.
3. What motivates you at the work place?
For it to have challenges and goals to accomplish.
4. What would you like to avoid completely in your next job?
I don’t do it but I would like to avoid gossip, lazy people and unclear places to grow
in.
5. Are you able to relocate if required?
Yes, I have worked on the interior of the country and moved my residence without a
problem.
6. What type of salary are you looking for?
I’m looking for around 15000 but depending on the offer and the company I think we
can arrange it.
7. How would your references describe you?
They will describe me as an outgoing person, a man that likes to work hard, loyal and
honest.
8. Do you work well within a team?
I do, since I am a good leader most of the people look for me to form groups.
9. How do you believe you would benefit our organization?
If you hire me you will have an easy going person that will become part of the
company and will make it grow; bringing new customers and keeping relationships
with the old ones.
10. Have you ever been caught stealing, or better yet, have you ever stole anything?
No, and as a good Guatemalan said states “It’s better to be poor than thief”
11. What is your biggest weakness?
I would say that I can cut relationships really easy and that may be a weakness

I am perfectionist so I will do my work in the best way possible, even if that means
that I need to look for help to do it.

honest, loyal, respectful
14. Are you currently looking at other job opportunities?
I’m actually not, I am really interested in this opportunity since it actually has a lot of
what I like.
15. What is the most important quality a supervisor should have?
They need to have the knowledge of things in order for them to ask their team for
results.
16. What does success mean to you?
For me success involves different roles in life, you are successful if you are happy as
you are, happy with your work and you are loved. That will make you an
unforgettable person even if you pass away.
17. Tell me about a time when you had to make a decision without all the information you
needed. How did you handle it?
I can’t remember about a time I had to, but it will depend on the situation the way I
handle it because if my life is in risk will be completely different than if it is a financial
or work decision
18. If someone had to say something negative to you, what would they say?
They will say that for me most of the time everything is black or white, there are no
grey decisions available.
19. What makes you a good manager?
I am a leader and I have a great work experience in administrative roles that makes
me a good person with knowledge.
20. What is your biggest fear?
My biggest fear is drowning.
21. What skills do you bring to the table?
I have to say my communication and management skills along with my strength and
sales skills.
22. Describe your academic achievements?
I have a bachelor in Business administration in USAC, and I have taken courses in
sales and self motivation.
23. What have you done to prepare yourself to be a supervisor?
I have the knowledge my career gave me and also I have the work experience of
many years in different areas like food, security services and even clothes
24. What is your biggest regret to date and why?
I had the opportunity to study in USA and I didn’t go because I didn’t think it would be
a good idea, and also I had the opportunity to play in professional soccer here but
nobody supported me.
25. Do you value recognition or pay more? Why?
It depends because recognition is always good but everyone works for money
necessity
26. What do you aspire to be?
I aspire to be unforgettable and in this company to build a career among the years
and make the company a great place.
27. How do you handle your anger?
I actually don't get angry easily but when it happens I leave the place to relax myself,
I walk and talk in order for me to lower the anger.
28. Do you have good computer skills?
I do, I can work with word, excel and powerpoint and I think you can always learn so I
can learn any other thing that is required
29. How do you ensure all of your work gets accomplished in a productive manner?
I do what I can do myself and I am an observer so I will learn the strengths of my
team and I will motivate them in this way to do a better job
30. Do you think a leader should be feared or liked?
A leader should be liked because it is easier for people to follow you if they like you
than if they fear you.
