3 This option provides manual backup for the fuel

transfer system where the bulk fuel tank is
located lower than the day tank.

Upon failure of the automatic transfer system, SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

the manual backup can be used to transfer fuel
● Manual Fuel Pump (item 1)
from the main bulk tank to the generator set
basetank. When the fuel level in the generator ● Connection to AC Fuel Pump (item 2)

mechanical fuel gauge) the manual pump
isolating valves should be opened and the
manual pump operated until the required fuel
level is reached.
