keep the area around the bins clean and tidy. Please make sure your rubbish goes in to
the right bins otherwise this may result in the recycling bins not being emptied.
Cherwell District Council:

WILL empty your bins and return them to the bin area.
WILL NOT clean or pick litter from around your bins.
WILL only take cardboard boxes that are too large for the bins if they are
flattened and put neatly next to your blue bins.
WILL NOT take any other rubbish or large items from on top of or around your bins.
Please be aware that your landlord or managing agents are responsible for the upkeep
and maintenance of communal areas, both internal and external, including bin stores.
Make sure you only put the right things in the blue bin.
