Novacomp is an IT services company. Founded in Costa Rica in 1997, with more than 23
years of experience in the development and maintenance of systems in the financial services
industry and more than 10 years of experience in the development of mobile applications
(APPS) we also offer diverse IT products and services, including software analysis, design,
development, testing, implementation, and maintenance services on multiple platforms and
with diverse methodologies.

The company has operations in Costa Rica (headquarters), Guatemala, Panama, and the
US (this market in the process of growth through the nearshore modality). There are
currently more than 400 collaborators and as part of the growth process, we seek to increase
this number in the coming years.

JOB DESCRIPTION

A SalesForce Developer is a programmer who creates functionality and solves problems in

SalesForce software using a variety of web languages, software programs, and
technologies. The ideal candidate is a person who has a real pro and deeply understands
Salesforce and its ecosystem, also is a critical thinker who brings solutions not problems to
the table and is a person who likes finding creative ways to quickly move projects forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Work closely with the Technology Team and Business Users to scope projects,
gather requirements, and implement solutions.

● Perform Salesforce administration, configuration, development, and advise on best

practices including with both development and advanced administration.

● Help build integrations with our core technology infrastructure.

● Work with the Amherst DevOps team to manage Salesforce deployments.

● Develop new features from design through implementation and launch.

● Improve and maintain existing applications and services.

● Evaluate technical tradeoffs of every decision and work with design on the best UI
and infrastructure practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:

● 2+ years of professional development / administrator experience in a Salesforce

environment or 1+ years with Salesforce Certification.
● Strong Advanced Configuration, APEX and SOQL knowledge.
● Experience with common software development tools and processes.
