Memorandum of Agreement

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Memorandum made and entered into Vigan City, Ilocos Sur,
Philippines this _________day of ___________ 2021, by and between:

Grace Bilgera and Edwin Bilgera, of legal ages,

and a resident of Capangpagan Vigan City,
hereinafter referred to as the 1st Parties;

- and -

Mary Claire Ramos Lagasca and Wendell Oliver

Baetiong, of legal ages, residents of Saoang, San
Juan Ilocos Sur, hereinafter referred to as the
Second Parties;

W I T N E S S E T H:

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTIES agreed to buy the house and lot
located at Camella, Bantay Ilocos Sur belonging to the FIRST PARTIES
particularly described as follows;

WHEREAS, the Second Parties will pay the First Parties Seventeen
Thousand Pesos (Php 17,000) monthly for 11 years as consideration of
the purchase price of the house and lot described above starting from

WHEREAS, the both of the parties agreed that the tittle will
only be transferred to the Second Party after full payment of the
purchase price.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties, have affixed their signatures

on this deed on the date and place first above-written.
