Dear all,

Starting from Week 3 September 27, we will have the blended instruction consisted of face-to-face and online
instruction.

1. Based on the last number (unit digit) of your student ID, please come to the class on the odd weeks if your number
is odd numbers (1, 3, 5, 7, 9).

2. Based on the last number of your student ID, please come to the class on the even weeks if your number is even
numbers (0, 2, 4, 6, 8).

4. Class leader, before the class, would it be possible for you to go to the office and check out ConferenceCam (會議
視訊系統) from 張伊文小姐? Could you set it up for us? After the class, would it be possible for you to return it back to
the office? (班代麻煩請回覆老師, 由你或指定哪位班級幹部處理呢?)

5. When you attend the classroom, please find your seat and keep your social distancing.
