SUBJECT: DEVELOPMENT OF BIOMETRIC LOGIN SYSTEM

Dear Mr. Bisnar:

Undersigned proposes for the development of BIOMETRIC LOGIN SYSTEM for Uni-
Fruity Growers Services, Inc. with the following details:

Scope of the Project

I. Development

The proposed system shall be Client/Server application with two-client terminals

equipped with finger print biometric devices and a server.

 Software development
 Connect to the existing payroll system of your company to automate
recording of absences, tardiness, and other related issues in relation to
computation of salaries of your employees.
 Features include generation of bi-monthly and monthly reports or weekly
report generation when needed

II. Deployment and Testing

Neural Automation will, until final configuration, prepare the cabling of the network
for the deployment and testing of the system at the site specified by UFGSI.

Duration of Development

The entire system development shall be 45 days and a grace period of 15 days.

Warranty

Neural Automation will issue 60 days warranty for the whole System development,
products sold and services rendered after deployment.

Post Warranty Period

After the deployment, Neural Automation shall always be the consultant of said System
upon the discretion of Uni-Fruity Growers Services, Inc.
