The second video tells the interaction between a nurse named Hannah and a patient named Mr.
Burton.In the video there are two people who are talking, namely a nurse and her client, in the video a
nurse is seen asking her client about what her client needs to go to the hospital, by asking the history of
the disease and whether the client has any alerts to drugs. Communication between nurses and their
clients is very important and that is also one of the duties of a nurse, by asking the client a nurse will
know and get to know the client more deeply, asking questions and raising enthusiasm is a very good
action from a nurse to her client, because with that The client will feel more cared for by the nurse and
the client will not feel ignored.
