Situation: A mother has a 10 years old son and has measles. She calls the hospital in order
to meet Dr.Marry a Pediatric. She arranges the right schedule to meet her with a nurse
staff by phone. She goes to hospital together with her husband and her 10 years old son.
They come to hospital and are asked some questions to complete the registration form by
two nurse staffs. After that another nurse comes to take the son to check his vital sign.
Then, the doctor comes to check all the condition and instruct the son to do some
movements. Finally, the doctor finds the diagnoses and informs the parents what to do
and what not to do.

(One night on Sunday Toni had a high fever which caused Toni to vomit)

Father : Looks like our child's illness is getting worse, isn't it?

Mother : yes father, mother so worried

Father : mom, looks like we have to check Toni at mom hospital

Mother : Okay dad, mom will call the hospital to schedule an appointment with
the pediatrician.

(Finally, my mother contacted the hospital)

Mother : (call hospital staff)

Nursing staff : (receive a call) Good evening, I'm Amanda Cahya, nursing staff from
the hospital putri bungsu, what can I help you with?

Mother : Good evening too nurse Amanda, I want to ask the nurse, is Dr.
marry the nurse tonight?

some things the doctor wants to say about Toni

(After toni parents entered the room)

sensitive to light, her body looked weak and tired, felt sick, sore, did not look
excited and according to the examination carried out by the nurse Toni had a

Doctor : Toni is advised to drink lots of water, get plenty of rest, avoid the
eyes from the sun because Toni eyes are still sensitive to light, and later i will
give fever-reducing medicine and pain reliever for Toni.

Father : Yes, thank you doctor.

Doctor : Your’e welcome sir

(And then, the nurse gave a prescription for medicine to be redeemed by Toni parents, and
Toni was allowed to go home on condition that he followed the adviced that had been
explained by the doctor)
