1.Introduction

We are working on project "MANUAL MACHINE".

Our team members are:-

-SINGH ANKITKUMAR A. ENR. NO. 131150119104

-PATEL KETAN H. ENR. NO. 131150119066

-UPADHYAY NISHANT D. ENR. NO. 141153119022

-NAIK KAUSHAL R. ENR. NO. 141153119006

For this project, our guide was

RESPECTED,

->MR.GOVIND PATEL

We all have studied about manual machine and we also have included some
new & effective ideas to improve Machine purposes.

According to us design is

It is a creation of a plan and a concept on an idea which we implement through

a design. Design makes a clear view of our idea and with the graphical
representation it makes it easier to understand. Design can be like a strategic
7of a plan, design of an object or a rough view of an object.

USER:-
In this stage, we have find the common users which are
directly or indirectly related to our project.
We have taken OPERATOR as our user.

2.1.1 SKATEHOLDERS:-
Stakeholders mean a person or organization
with an interests.

1. Administration
2. Manager

2.1.3 Story Boarding:-

 Happy story:-

1. When I thought about this project my proprietor &

employs are laughed at me at that moment I was very sad
but my well-wishers gave me motivation and courage to
complete this project then I raised up, worked hard and got
success as result that time I was so happy.

2. This mechanism are easy and fun way to cut in depth of

any material, when we purchase cutter for cutting the
material our total cost will increase in buying the
machine, but if we made this machine by using waste
material like cycle then it will be cheaper for us.

 Sad story:-

1. When I completed my project some relative came at my

home with their children. They came in my room and
children playing with ball which directly hit on my project
and machine felt down. All the parts of machine were
separated I’m too nervous and sad at that moment.
2. We have fixed dynamo for generating electricity, but due
winding error in dynamo the working object attached to
the dynamo got destroyed that time I’m too nervous and
sad.

2.1.4 Conclusion:-
From first canvas we conclude that user, stake
holder and activities are as follows:

 Normally empathy is underestimated. We should give

importance to encourage even single individual from the

primary level of understanding natural state of mind to

become empathic, so that they can express

2.2.1 Ideation Canvas: -

These are the second step of the
project or problem. From the user canvas, you have

an idea what are the people? In ideation canvas, you

have to carry out which type of activities is related to
your project and people? What is situation and
location regarding to activities? Then after you find
the possible solutions. It is depend or not depend to
your activities.

Design Engineering I-B

The Machine is working on slider crank mechanism. The

Machine is use to cut plywood in small scales. It help to obtain a
less effort uniform cutting.

Machine is working on slider crank mechanism. The

experiment was done using Machine and plywood work pieces.
The main parts of Machine are reciprocating rod welded to the
pedal of a bicycle, ply will sprocket and chain drive. The
hacksaw is connected with the reciprocating rod. By pedaling
the bicycle the reciprocating rod move to and fro, the will be
moving with the rod. The plywood to be cut is placed under the
work piece is placed on the work piece holder, which is to
prevent the movement of the wok piece during cutting. The size
and the shape of this setup are similar to cycle.

Here for reducing the power loss chain mechanism is used.

It is a human powered machine which is developed for lifting
the water to a height 10 meter and generates 14 Volt, 4
ampere of electricity in more effective way.
