The Future of Human Virtual Technology

At present, human inventions leads us to a new age of technology, which affects the
way how individuals communicate and think. Present technology plays an important role in our
society. It has positive and negative effects on the world and impact in our daily lives. Positive
effect includes increased knowledge and understanding, but how about its negative effects?
Technology replaced lot of human-to-human interaction, which affects their social behavior and
manners. Many people use computer without positive purpose, they play games and chat with
their friends, which causes wastage of time and energy. As a result, I came up with an idea on
developing a virtual or augmented reality technology.

Most current VR environments are primarily visual experiences, displayed on a

computer screen or through special stereoscopic displays, but some simulations include
additional sensory information, such as sound through speakers or headphones. At the
moment, VR focuses on job training, distance learning etc. A simulation, which improves our
skills, experiential learning and safer for high-risk situations. The VR technology I will develop is
distinct to every VR we have right now. It is basically a “game like” 4-dimensional (time as 4 th
dimension) environment that focuses more on human-to-human interaction all around the
globe. In this VR, you can create your own private environment (others can join if you send
them a code), join a local environment connected to a server based on your country or join to
global environment, where you can meet everyone wherever they are.

This technology is too arduous to carry off and can only be achieved through intensive
knowledge on programming skills, Brain-computer Interface (BCI) and Whole Brain Emulation
(WBE). That being the case, attaining this level of technology will result in a more futuristic
advancement in human technology.
Glossary:
Brain-computer Interface Also called brain–machine interface (BMI), BCIs are often directed
(BCI) at researching, mapping, assisting, augmenting, or
repairing human cognitive or sensory-motor functions.
Virtual Reality (VR) Virtual reality is a simulated experience that can be similar to or
completely different from the real world.
Whole Brain Emulation Also known as mind uploading, it is a hypothetical futuristic
(WBE) process of scanning a physical structure of the brain
accurately enough to create an emulation.
