IZAL PREPARATION
1. Measure ½ litre phenol into a plastic bowl
2. Add ¼ litre of texapon and mix properly till texapon dissolves
3. Add ½ litre pine oil and mix very well
4. Add ½ litre of Lysol and mix
5. Add ½ litre of Izal concentrate and mix
6. Add ½ litre of booster to it and mix
7. Take another bowl and measure about 10 or 15 litres of water into it,
8. Add Carbolic ½ litre into it and mix
9. Add the other solution initially prepard to the carbolic solution and mix
10. Then add 1litre of Whitener,if its too thick, add more water
11. Add 3 eva cover of Formalin.
12. Package your product in container
HARPIC PREPARATION
1. Measure 10 or 15 litres of water into a basin
2. Pour 2 litres of Hydrochloric acid (HCL) insid the basin and stir
3. Add 1kg of Texapon
4. Add ¼ hydrogen floride
5. Add colour
6. Add perfume and mix together

DETTOL PREPARATION
1. Measure ¼ litre of pine oil into a bowl
2. Add 1/4kg of texapon and mix
3. Measure and add 1/8litre phenol and mix very well
4. Add 2 & half litre of water
5. Measure Ethanol together with 1/4litre chlorozynol and add this to the solution in the bowl,then
mix very well
6. Add dettol colour an mix mix all the solutions together
7. Do a test by putting few drop inside a bow of water and notice dettol effect

BLEACH PREPARATION
Soak 1/6kg of hypochlorite powder into 8 litres of clean water for 24 hours
Soak ½ kg of caustic soda into 2litres of water for 24 hrs
Soak ½ kg of soda ash into 1 ½ litres of water for 24hrs

PREPARATION

1. Into 8litres of water containing hypochlorite sieve with white cloth before use pour 2
litres of cautic soda solution and mix well.
2. Add 1 ½ lires of soda ash solution and mix very well
3. Add little quantity of formalin for preservation.
4. Package your product.
SHAMPOO PREPARATION
1. Measure 10 litres of water into a bowl,add 1kg of caustic soda mix to dissolve then add ½ sachet
of colourant.
2. Measure 4litres of water into another bigger bowl,then add 1kg of Nitrosol or CMC (melted)
and mix well.
3. Now add caustic soda into the prepared Nitrosol immediately and continue mixing then leave to
settle.
4. Measure 5 litres of water into a bowl and add 2litres of Sulphonic Acid.
5. Add it to the Nitrosol solution and mix very well.
6. Add ¼ lires of preferred Perfume
7. Add 2 bottle cover of Ammonia solution for preservation.

LIQUID DETERGENT
CHEMICAL MIXTURE
1. Dissolve 1 unit of Caustic soda in 4 units of water and leave it for 24hrs
2. Dissolve 1 unit of soda ash in 4 units of water and leave it for 24hrs

PREPARATION

1. Dissolve 1 unit of natrosol in 50 units water

2. Dissolve little colour and add it to the soaked natrosol and stir
3. Add formalin and stir
4. Add thebalance caustic soda(2units)
5. Add the balance soda ash (2units) and stir
6. Mix the sulphonic acid with 3units of water and stir properly,pour and stir
7. Add perfume and stir

LAUNDRY SOAP
CHEMICAL MIXTURE
1. Dissolve 1 unit of Caustic soda in 4 units of water and leave it for 24hrs
2. Dissolve 1 unit of soda ash in 4 units of water and leave it for 24hrs
3. Dissolve 1unit of sodium sulphate in 4units of water

PREPARATION

1. Pour 4 units of Palm kernel oil (P.K.O) into a container,add little colourants and stir properly.
2. Then add add 2 units of caustic soda solution and stir,add 1 unit of soda ash and continue to
stir,when it has mixed properly
 3. Then add 1 unit of sodium sulphate and stir,add ¼ unit of sodium silicate and stir after that add
little vasline perfume,stir gently and pour into a prepared mould and allow to harden.

NOTE :Use handglove, You can use cup or bowl as your measuring unit. For MEDICATED SOAP add
Phenol 1/10 unit,little menthol after your laundry soap.

OLIVE OIL PREPARATION

1. Heat the Paraffin oil on fire,put little drop “Yellow R” inside the pot mix to melt.
2. You will notice a change in color of the olive oil mix while heating
3. You can now put it down to cool before packing

AIR FRESHNER
1. Measure 20 litres of water into a container
2. Add two spoonful of CMC ensure it dissolved completely
3. Pour 1/8 kg of Texapon and mix to dissolved
4. Measure 1litre of methanol into a cup then add your perfume ½ litre into it before adding to
your production.
5. Add 3 eva water cover of catalyst and mix
6. Add colour (water base) to your taste and mix
7. Add 2 bottle water cover of formalin and mix

RELAXER PREPARATION
1. Put a jar on the fire
2. Put water inside another pot
3. Pour ½ litre of water inside the pot, then Crotone wax and together
4. Add 8 spoonful of Castor oil,then mix together
5. Add a spoonful of Ammonium Sulphate mix together
6. Put down from fire
7. Ad perfume of your desired scent pour inside container.
HAIR CREAM PRODUCTION
1. Put wax 1/8 kg inside the pot and heat to melt
2. Then add colorant and mix it together
3. Pour Jelly 1kg and leave it to melt
4. Pour 8litres of Paraffin oil and mix it together leave it for sometime
5. Then put ¼ kg Lanoline,allow it to melt
6. Carry it down from the heater,leave it till second day to see the reaction. If it is too strong add
Paraffin,if it is soft add small wax.
7. You have to put it back on the stove and heat to melt
8. After that add Vitamin A,one vasline bottle, Sulphur and staric acid and mix together
9. Then add ½ litre of Perfume
10. Filter and package it

FACE POWDER PREPARATION

1. Measure 1 plastic of Talcum Powder into covered plastic
2. Add 2 spoonful of Jasmine Scent
3. Then cover it for about 3 hours
4. Open it and perceive the scent,if its okay,then pack

DUSTING POWDER PREPARATION

1. Measure a plastic of Calcium Powder into a covered plastic
2. Measure 5 spoon of menthol into the powder
3. Then cover it for about 3hours
4. Open it,open it if it is pepperish either by taste or by visual contact,that means its okay for use

INSECTICIDE PRODUCTION
1. Measure 1 unit of DD FORCE OR SNIPER
2. Add ¼ unit of industrial camphor and mix
3. Add formalin ¼ unit
4. Then 5 units of Kerosene

SCHOOL CHALK
Pour 1 unit of Calcium and POP into the same bucket and mix very well
Mix 1 unit of the mixture(calcium +pop) with ½ unit of water.
Mix and pour into chalk mould leave for 15 mins to hard in the hole & remove put in the tray and dry in
sun.
EMULSION PAINT
Calcium -17 units +10 units of water

Titan-1 unit+1 unit of water

Natrosol- 1/6 unit +1 unit of water

MIX ALL THIS SOLUTION

JENOPOUR-1/10 UNIT

NOTE: For colored paint add PASTE is liquid while OXIDE is powdered form add water.
